now confirm you elementary graduates of Hinogacan Elementary School for
the school year 2018-2019, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES
Good morning! I have the honor to present to you the candidates for
graduation of Hinogacan Elementary School, School year 2018-2019,
composed of 4 boys and 8 girls with a total of 12. I hereby petition the office
of the District Supervisor to certify the completion of the requirements of
these candidates.

CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION
As the District Supervisor, after careful reciting of the requirements
submitted in my office, I have completed the requirements for graduation.
I, therefore certify that those 12 candidates for graduation have fully
satisfied the requirements prescribed by the Department.
