Relevance:
Agriculture has been the backbone of the economy and it will continue to
remain. Agriculture is the science and art of farming including cultivating the soil, producing
crops and raising livestock. Generally, cultivation of any crop involves various steps like
ploughing, harvesting, sowing, and irrigation. Farmer has to use various agricultural
equipment’s and labours for caring out these steps, our purpose is to combine all the individual
tools to provide farmers with multipurpose equipment which implements all the scientific
farming techniques and specifications, suitable for all type of seed to seed cultivation with
minimum cost as possible. All this can be done in this same machine. Now we are in 21 th
century, so instead of using traditional technology we use modern which is helpful for save our
time and energy & quite increase our production.
Rotary tilling is a widely used tillage operation in Indian farming because
of its superior ability to mix, flatten and pulverize soil. However, the use of rotary tiller is
strongly restricted to "shallow" tillage because of its high energy requirements. Deep rotary
tillage using less energy has recently become a subject of wide interest to combat soil fatigue
caused by excessive use of chemicals among other reasons, and to convert paddy fields into
dry fields such as kale fields. Rotary Tiller or rotavator is a highly effective machine for
intensive tillage.
Literature review:-
1. This machine can be used where there is low percentage of stone content in soil.
2. It can be effectively used in any type of soil.
3. It is also used in any state, where the production of Sugar cane, & maize takes place.
Facilities available:-
1) Different machinery lab equipped with advance setup, machine shop
2) Internet Facilities
3) Workshop facility
4) Research papers from reputed journals
