NEOPRENE
Poly chloroprene is primarily composed of carbon, hydrogen and chlorine polymers which are
cross linked to give neoprene certain desirable properties such as thermal inertness, heat, oil,
water and solvent resistance.
It comes in roll in which breadth is fixed and length can vary up to 50’.
Can be used up to temperature from -20°C to 110°C.

BUTYL
It is available in two forms - Tape & Butynol waterproofing membrane .
Width Of Tape : 50 mm & 100 mm
Length Of Tape In a Roll : 20 M
Thickness Of Tape: 0.75 mm
Service Temperature : -30°C to 90°C

APPLICATION ADVANTAGES
Tape is used for covering • Tape Is Resistant To Hot
all cracks, construction And Cold Temperature.

E.P.D.M
(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic tera-polymer with a wide range of
applications.
It has an exceptional elasticity and will not split or crack under normal building movement.
Can be used up to temperature from -50°C to 150°C.
It has a certified life of over 50 yrs.

P.V.C
(Poly Vinyl Chloride) waterproofing membrane is a modern roofing material, which is made
of high quality flexible (plasticized) polymer.
Width - 3 to 7 ft. Length - 60 to 75 ft. Thickness - 1.2 mm
Since this material is easy to install & strong (is of great tensile strength), it has long service life.
Due to its structure, the PVC membrane is very strong and simultaneously flexible material.

APPLICATION ADVANTAGES DISADVANTAGES

Used in areas such as – • Elasticity and tightness • Irresistible to strong
• Chemical & fire heat
• Tunnels resistance • Gets fade after time
• Tank linings • Resistance to wind • Odor an issue in
• Dams loads products
• Lakes • Resistance to structural
• Swimming Pools element movements
• Roofs • Weather resistant
• Underground structures • Highly durable

P.U
(Polyurethane) is a synthetic resin in which the polymer units are linked by urethane groups.
These are found just about everywhere in modern life, the chair we are sitting on , the bed we
sleep in, the house we live in, the car we drive – all these , plus innumerable other items we
use every day probably contain polyurethanes.
Service Temperature : -30°C to 90°C & can withstand up to 250°C for short period.

APPLICATION ADVANTAGES DISADVANTAGES

• Building insulation • Easy & quick installation • Irresistible to strong
• Refrigerators and • Seamless finish heat
freezers • Weather & UV resistant • Gets fade after time
• Furniture and • Durable • Odor an issue in
bedding • Can also be used for products
• Footwear post construction
• Automotive applications
• Coatings and • Liquid form offers
adhesives higher flexibility
