• PVC is produced by polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM)

•  The main polymerization methods include
1. suspension,
2. emulsion,
3. bulk (mass) methods.

• Easily available in market in a plastic container and in the role
form.
• Easy to carry.
• A large percentage of this polymer is used in the construction
industry as rigid piping, cable sheathing, cabinetry, wall
covering, flooring and to a small extent, flat roofing.

• Do not rot • If the temperature increase then it may actually burn

 PVC OR EPDM
• PVC – A PVC roof will typically last
15 to 30 years with proactive
maintenance.
• EPDM – EPDM roofs last 10 to 15
years on average depending on
climate and maintenance.
• PVC membranes are cheaper.

 PVC CAPILARY DRAINAGE SHEET
• PVC capillary drainage board is made of
laminated soft rubber material,
• the dense slot is opened on soft rubber
plastic material.
• The slot hole is designed to be small
inside and big outside and
• the hole is facing down when using,
• the water flow is run from the bottom up
to the capillary sink as capillary water
absorption,
• The soil particles in the water will
naturally precipitated by gravity and will
not enter into the capillary water
capacity to block the water channel.
• PVC drainage sheet can produce
excellent water absorption and drainage.
