Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Good morning everyone. Thank you for

coming to my presentation at the zoom meeting. My name is Dicky Agustian Nugraha as the

President Director of Dirana Chiki Company. I am with my partner, Rahma Accacia Qonita

Andini as the Assistant Manager and Anna Asfany Br Tarigan as the Accounting Manager.

Today, we will talk about our company’s profile. There are nine areas we want to talk about.

First, the vision and missions of our company. Second, our company’s name and logo, and the

history behind it. Third, how you can contact us. Fourth, our company’s history. Fifth, our

company’s products. Sixth, the company’s structure. Seventh, our company’s profit in the last

three months. Eighth, our most popular products in 2020. Last, we will tell you about the sales

percentage of our branches from 2019-2020. If you have any questions, we will be very happy to

answer them at the end of the session.

Okay, let’s begin by talking about our company’s vision and missions. Our vision is to be

a leading company that continues to grow for mutual satisfaction and to be one of the ones that

produces good quality packaged food. Our missions are to always innovate in making products

according to consumer desires without compromising the quality of food, providing guaranteed
prices and providing selected products with high taste, to be committer to continuously improve

employee competence. Well, I have told you about our company’s vision and missions.

Let me turn now to our company’s name. Our company’s name is Dirana Chiki

Company. It is taken from our initials, namely Di from Dicky, Ra from Rahma and Na from

Anna. Meanwhile, Chiki Company is a company that produces snacks with the purpose that

every consumer can enjoy the taste of food without preservatives. Well, I have told you about

our company’s name.

Let’s look now at the company’s logo and history behind it. This is our logo. The logo

consists of our name, which means a Chiki Company that was pioneered by Dicky, Rahma and

Anna. Snacks means our company produces various foods in the form of snacks packaging. The

straight line means that our company is consistent in providing products in the form of chiki

which are guaranteed in quality. We choose the photo of snacks packaging because we built a

company in this food sector so that everyone can enjoy the delicious taste of food and can be

easily reached in any market. Futhermore, we choose red, blue, yellow and brown colors because

red and yellow represent appetite and feelings of happiness. Brown represents warmth and

comfort. Blue represents trust and professionalism. That is all I have to to say about our

company’s logo and history behind it.

 Next, our company’s history. We were established on 20 May 2015 by Mr. Dicky, Ms.

Rahma and Ms. Anna, in Bandung. The first store we opened was on Jalan Asia Afrika, Bandung

and then we moved to Bali because it is a strategic location and there are many tourists so that

the marketing target of the product will increase. We haved looked at our company’s history.

Now, we will move on to how you can contact us. Our head office is located on Jalan Dr.

Setiabudi no. 11, Bandung. We also have company branches. The branches are in Medan,

Turning to our company’s business scope and products. We make snacks made of

potatoes with many flavors. Our products are Chitang Original Flavor, Chitang Beef Barbecue

Flavor, Chitang Seaweed Flavor, Chitang Cheese Flavor and Chitang Sambal Matah Flavor.

What make our company's products special is that the ingredients used are made from natural

ingredients and do not use preservatives, so our company's products are safe for consumption.
Our products price range from Rp 5.000 until Rp 10.000. So much for our company’s business

scope and products.

Next, we will move on to our company’s structure. This is our company’s structure:

At the head is the president director. The president director of Dirana Chiki Company is Mr.

Dicky Agustian Nugraha. He is responsible for managing three departments; assistent manager,

accounting manager and marketing department. Head of assistent manager is Mrs. Rahma

Andini. She is responsible for overseeing marketing activities and making activity reports. Head

of accounting manager is Mrs. Anna Asfany. She is responsible for managing and processing the

company's financial data. Head of marketing department is Mr. Bintang. He is supported by sales

manager and costumer service manager. The sales manager is Mrs. Setiani. She is responsible for

selling products. The costumer services manager is Mr. Tukul. He is responsible for handling

complaints from customers. That is all I have to say about our company’s structure.
