EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Business is a very important activity in a society and has a lot of impact on human life.
From time immemorial, developments in society have shown us various forms of
business, from business in the form of exchange of goods to international business.
Sabri Hussein, defines business as the exchange of goods or services for money or
other means of exchange, aimed at gaining profit or any form of benefit.

Businesses can be divided into many types. One of which is the Nz crunchies snack.
The reason we choose that is because food is very much something that people need
nowadays. So easy to make money from this business. Before we start a business. We
plan to launch our company first. This is because we want to venture into business. The

name of our company that we want to put is Nemsrang where the name of this company
consists of the name of a friend of a friend of our businessman. It had meaning when
we created our company name. Other than that, we also want people to choose our
products as their favorite products and choices every day and every time.

INTRODUCTION

NZ Crunchies is one of the Bumiputera product brands for NZ Frozen Industries Sdn
Bhd which is registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and is
wholly owned. The holding company of Nz Crunchies is located at Puteri Park Plaza,
LOT 147, TINGKAT 3, Jalan 28, Taman Putra, 68000 Ampang, Selangor

The dry food industry or more simply referred to as snacks is an increasingly popular
field in Malaysia. These dried food products, for example are now plentiful
entrepreneurs who have innovated a product such as cheese poppy snacks are
increasingly becoming the choice of Malaysians in line with the lifestyle that requires
food that is simple and easy to carry anywhere. Our group has planned to run a

business selling Nz Crunchies poppy snacks. Initially, it started with interest in the field
of food manufacturing and orders received on a small scale from family, neighbors and
friends. Starting from interest, this business has taken a step forward and more serious
to start this business. In line with the government's intention to produce more
entrepreneurs in expanding halal food products, and hopes to compete and further
expand this business. others, in turn, can further expand our business

Nz Crunchies are also snacks made from poppy skin and coated with a variety of
flavors of this century’s delicious and viral options. Among the flavors served are
Cheese Primo, Golden Salted Egg, Savory Chicken Floss, Korean BBQ, Chocolate
Supreme, Milky Matcha, Butter Toast. These snacks are suitable for all groups, can be
used as snacks, food to entertain guests, and snacks to fill an empty stomach. Enjoy NZ
CRUNCHIES ALL! ONCE, CONFIRM REPEAT.

The building has two levels and is almost a hundred square meters. On the ground
floor, we plan to promote a boutique. We also suggest placing our products on the
shelves. other than that, upstairs we put space for, ready stocked food storage and new
food stocks. we also have space to process the packaging of our products. in addition,
there is also a pantry and there is also a mini office to record your data. our store needs
at least 4 members to work together.

PURPOSE OF PREPARING BUSINESS PLAN
