Introduction

Through online observation and use of the SimVenture app, we gathered under the name of
Quimo, and the group found a way to explore a variety of career opportunities, such as
correspondence, needed to transfer data while on the go. The titles of each office are as follows:

In the second part of the game dedicated to the work experience, my colleagues needed to know

tested in a controlled gaming environment.

Each game mode required an alternative based on the operations of each office and data obtained

resources or commitments underlying financial sponsors who want to properly understand and
audit the organization.

Human Resource
To understand what human resource management represent the board of directors in society, we
must first characterize what human assets are. In general, human resources are anyone who
comes into contact with an organization's workforce that contributes to the achievement of
society. Human resource management can be entrusted to someone who is willing to sacrifice
their efforts and abilities, and they can be as persistent as paying their time to improve society.

HR can be a representative who is considered a solution to one of the organization's important


assets or businesses, and an individual working in an organization or unit within a society who is
responsible for solving any identified problems. As a result, managing HR means managing the
workforce and taking care of everything that is identified.

SimVenture reminded us of the need for a deeper understanding of human behavior in relation to
Quimo, and legal administrative enforcement, which can be as simple as delaying or shortening

an individual's working hours, can influence one's disposition and conduct towards their work
and ultimately that individual's efficiency.

In-game, it was built up that appropriate administration of representatives frequently lead to


having a sensation of belongingness. It was additionally seen that a cheerful workforce leads
prompts a workers' increment in effectiveness and efficiency. It was seen in the game when the
representative's mindset was acceptable and at a high appraising which would be a consequence

Description of the experience


SimVenture was a very interesting learning tool in this module. This allowed us to evaluate
various business situations and test potential actions related to pre-determined situations.

My feelings
My needs were an acceptable and experienced set of people. I think it's common for everyone to
measure how they will react to big situations and find ways to move forward together. Emotions
were constantly controlled and we always shared a vision when faced with choices.

An Evaluation
The great piece of the experience was tied in with having the option to be given genuine business
situations and being compelled to be basic and objective on our choices to keep our business
productive. The awful thing about it was here and there, we were by and large excessively
imprudent to a state of a specific smugness that it was only a game and put together a few
choices with respect to emotional presumptions as opposed to utilizing the information that we
had.

Analysis
Positions were redistributed among people, and I think people created a stronger dynamism when
we were in a situation that was generally familiar and very interesting. As we practice more and
more, people have the opportunity to use more and more basic reasoning and use the available
figures and information along with goal-oriented thinking to select interconnected actions that
pose a specific risk.

My conclusions
I think I could do it differently when I had the opportunity to continue working. I wonder. The
test I found was that I wasn't so involved or overwhelmed with the fact that I didn't invest
resources in my work, and I was wondering what to do without investing 100% of my abilities.

Overall, it was a great meeting to play SimVenture as a way to learn the basics of business. This
created the possibility that a company's prosperity would depend on an individual's design,
planning, and family abilities, making the organization and its employees imagine the path and
face several challenges. Consistently support the needs of your customers as needed and
constantly adapt to your capabilities.

I have consistently accepted that workers will consistently be the life saver of the organization
and ensuring that they are very much taken minded of is similarly essential to making a benefit.

Action plan
If I have the chance to suddenly relearn in a game like SimVenture, I want to bring my attention
and energy to the same level wherever I am. Playing with the Quimo group was morally active
and our commitment was crucial in our prosperity or disappointment in each situation.
