Introduction
In this report we are going to talk about SFB organization, how the company survived in the
lockdown. There are the certain techniques which will help the organization to fight. Various
analogy, attributes and GAP analysis has been done to solve the issues of the organization and
these analogies will also help them survive for a certain period of time. Company has to do more
and more research, they have to borrow the best practices of their competitors, so that they can
create their loyal customer base.
Moreover, there are the innovations that has been written for the company, which will help them
to survive the lockdown.

BODY

As we are talking about the organization named SFB (Suryansh food & Beverages) which is
manufacturing company of Honey and Honey based products. The company is famous for not
using sugar in the products. As they are using natural sweeteners in their products which is
attracting more and more healthy customers in their journey.

But why SFB is struggling –

As there are so many healthy competitors in the market, the organization is struggling to make its
name in the local market, as they have to organize their funds, the COVID has been giving them
repeated barriers to survive.

To fight for the company’s survival we are going to work on the company’s Analogy, attributes
and Gap, so that company ways can be molded into success-

First, we are going to discuss about the analogy-

Analogy is the use of contextual or unrelated meanings, data, or methods depending on the
current situation. Associations improve their methodology by regularly using analogies from
other associations and companies, whether it is an analogy to better describe a particular
situation or an analogy to the system used. Exact similarity can balance group reasoning and
people's perspectives and provide clarity on important future directions.
4

The tricky part is tracking the right similarities for your situation. Tracking the exact match is a
factor of potential matches that must be found and the ability to relate to the current situation.
Possible matches that need to be checked are moved to the database along with information
about other associations and companies. The starting point is always an intense exploration.
Work Week, Fortune, Wired, and countless online services make a living by discovering
awesome communities that do great things. As you read this report, you should carefully
consider how it might relate to your community or situation. The most ideal approach to
considering an analogy is to find the one that best suits the complexity of a given situation in
society.

 Product analogy – As discussed, the company is having healthy competitors in the market
who make the products with no sugar inside it. So, what we can do? We can borrow some
of their best practices to make best loyal customers and to impress customers. Like giving
regular offers and doing collaborations with different-different organizations, so that
there should be brand presence between the customers.
 Analogy of marketing – As we all know; marketing plays the big role for any of the
organization. It will help the SFB to set the assumption in the individual’s mind. A
customer can understand the bigger picture of company’s product in his mind.
 Operations analogy – In most simple terms operational analogy means to give support to
the marketing or sales team. They have to keep everything in the mind for example –
keeping the eye on the inventory, tracking all the records etc.
 Cultural analogy – It simply means to play in ethics, cultural analogy will help the
customer to gain more understanding of the products. The image of the product will
greatly increase.

Business attribute

Attribute is a business concept such as store, employee, region or year. These ideas will help you
understand the business information (usually numbers) stored in the information source.
Understanding an organization's absolute transactions is important, but knowing when and where
5

transactions occur provides the necessary scientific depth. This feature provides answers to your
questions anytime, anywhere.

Benefits are displayed in reports, such as row or segment headers, to indicate the purpose of the
section or information in that section.
In the background, assignable objects are MicroStrategy objects that are associated with one or
more query tables in the content source. In an honest atmosphere, credit gives you the ability to
count and classify information. Real estate helps us understand the reality of the business as
stated in the information source.
Examples include reports with month, year, and region assigned, as well as revenue statistics
based on actual revenue. At the time of implementation, the report shows the revenue of the
organization by country for a specific month and year. This can show that the Upper East region
generated $1,000 in revenue in the first three months of the year. The properties of the report
(region, month, and year) provide a significant amount of data. For example, areas with the least
income and the year in which the most noticeable income change occurred. By excluding
features from the report, you can see the revenue that the entire organization has brought without
change.
Assigning a company founder to a community depends on the business ideas essential to the
6

community. Each of these important business ideas can be turned into separate objects that can
be included in the report so that ideas such as day, month, quarter and year or region, city, and
customer can be displayed in an information report. Within the framework of these attributes.
Quality is a business concept such as store, employee, region or year. These ideas will help you
understand the business information (usually numbers) stored in the information source. It is
important to understand an organization's absolute transactions, but knowing where and when
transactions take place provides the necessary scientific depth. This feature provides answers to
your questions anytime, anywhere.

So, in terms of SFB, the company’s revenue before COVID was 10 lakhs per year then they have
to make a target of 30 lakhs this year and to achieve that organization should improve their
analogy and business concepts to achieve.

How we can evaluate company through GAP analysis-

GAP validation measures allow associations to determine how best to achieve their business
goals. It contrasts the current state with an ideal state or province with weaknesses and
opportunities for development.

 To analyze the current state - First, we need to choose the business location we need to
focus on and start from where we are. Before taking any action to reach your goals, we
need to figure out where our current community is. For example, our organization should
be the most respected organization in the industry, but our customer service team points
out that customer satisfaction leads to high customer calls and contacts. Are there any
component issues or need more preparation for our support team to handle unwanted
calls? You won't know until you delve deeper into what it means to talk to participants,
gather information, and explore KPIs. To calculate this data and visualize its current
state, use hole navigation tools such as customer company maps, compassionate maps,
management plans, or roundabouts. If we need to figure out what is causing customer
complaints, we can build quantitative data that resembles your organization's NPS score
or the number of negative calls handled weekly. Likewise, we can view subjective data
that resembles a secretary's customer opinion or criticism of the current frequency of
calls. No matter if we explore more important areas of your business, our appointments
8

stay the same. Outreach groups with a similar vision of becoming the most respected
organization in the business can look at sales services such as business development,
goals, and speed of change. What is usually important at this stage is to understand what
is causing the problem. Assigning each variable, it contains makes it a lot easier to check.
In fact, your research cycle should evaluate everything we do now so that we can get a
"higher perspective".
 Ideal future state should be identified - We should look for hope when you take a higher
perspective and see how your group or community works now. Where do you want to be?
What shouldn't happen? Don't think about how you got there again. This is the next step.
The sky is shaved right now, so you have to think beyond practical limits. the fact that
you are gathering experts. It can be imagined to regain control of the action to create a
theme for restoring the character's image. Another model might be a warehouse waiting
to comply with certain security rules, but I think management managers have to do more
than comply with them. Their ideal is to be able to attract and retain more talented and
dedicated professionals beyond what they say. In both of these situations, the current
performance is obviously inadequate or should be changed. But instead of rushing
indiscriminately or applying a cast to a situation, you can imagine an ideal that will help
you reach a higher potential. A suitable tool for navigating the hole here could be a
concept card or a mental guide to really put your group's creativity into practice. But how
do you reasonably reach the ideal? This is where the hard work comes in.
 Gap should be found and solutions should be evaluated - Completing the first two steps
of privacy won't give you great results. It may seem overwhelming and your goal is to do
a frightening and overwhelming business. But assembling them reveals what's missing
between exhibits and hidden abilities. You also need to choose the action that best solves
the problem you are experiencing. Going back to the previous model with the marketing
team (see step 2) and exploring the holes may raise relevant questions. How do we go
from a confused brand voice to a brand voice that is heavily influenced by ours? Several
solutions are provided to solve this problem, but not all of them are the same. You can
bring your content creation home by hiring as many journalists as possible, which is more
expensive than using a consultant. You can revisit all the experts and find out which ones
are worthwhile and which ones don't fit your principles. This option is time consuming
9

and there may not be enough experts to solve the problem. You can modify the rules to
create an image and retrain professionals. This option also takes time and does not
guarantee improvement on the subject made by experts. The schematic is ideal when
guaranteed control is paramount. On the other hand, if the cost exceeds the summary, the
default batch is deactivated and the group can choose a second or third batch. A suitable
well survey unit is the tree chosen when calculating the cost and benefit for the
probability. Ultimately, how you overcome the challenge depends on your rights and the
needs of your group. Work together to find the most effective way.
 Implement and create a plan to bridge the gap – We may need to convince the community
to others even after figuring out possible ways to solve the problem and reaching which
one is perfect. The order you follow can affect other groups and departments as well, so
we need to provide an arrangement. Develop a solid process and set important goals that
will help you achieve change and prepare everyone.

How SFB survived in lockdown? What were the innovations that were used?

As we all know, that SFB excels in manufacturing Honey and Honey based products. So, it was a
great strategy for them to market the products. Because honey work as an immunity booster for
an individual health. So, the innovative approach company complied-

 Offers – Company came up with different-different offers, that helped them to make
more loyal customer base in the lockdown. For example – company came up with 1+1
offer which helped them as a attraction.
It was a great time to launch company new products, so company started to give it as a
sample to customers with the products.
 Home delivery – As in the lockdown, individual were sitting home, company started to
give home delivery in their local areas, as this was great opportunity in interact with
customers and to do more research with them.
 Promotional activity – Moreover, it was the perfect time for the company to promotional
activities on their social sites and the websites. As it will generate reach for them, so
10

company started to do more digitalization activity, as the individuals were sitting home
and doing nothing.

Alternative approached that will help the company to survive in the market-

 The following costs for income status- It is important for the organization to properly
assess fixed and variable costs and real income during this period of contagion. This
assessment will give you a clear picture of where your organization is financially and will
help business visionaries prepare for today's turbulent marketplace. This system can be
used when the plague subsides.
 Checking the reliability of the execution plan - Given that the market is changing weekly
(and unfortunately), it is very important to rethink the roadmap and rethink where your
business is in line with your doubts about profits and costs. It's also a great opportunity to
keep track of your current financial and income measurements. Know your runway.
Institutions must evaluate their impact on new business, changes, loan cycles, and
expected future debts. Stop exercising while guessing. Every company needs finances to
operate, and in these unpleasant cases the question for each organizer/operator is where to
get the capital. There are many assets with enough cash flow that you can send in the
years to come, and you cannot avoid them.
However, in the short term, we may see a decline in VC/HNI subsidies. Financial
sponsors will be more cautious, and after pursuing a sustainability system, it may take
longer than expected to decide on a grant choice. Anyway, nothing to worry about here.
Because if you look at the financial turmoil of the past, you can see the market finally
rebound after a catastrophic disaster. To broaden the track, organizations may also rely
on existing financial sponsors for additional grants. Since then, they are now installed and
have their own skins in the game. It will help right away.

Conclusion
For SFB it's the perfect way to be honest with our clients about what's going on in their
business. Customers can identify organizations in crisis by contacting them directly.
Speak with your clients to understand their views on the topic/suggestion you are
offering. It is justifiable that it can be very difficult to pay the provider/service provider
11

during the lock-in period. However, it's a good idea to inform sellers, vendors, property
managers, etc. of the scary times. However, when the opportunity to make a big decision
comes, make it with compassion, pay special attention to government guidelines, and
provide extra pay when needed. These performances are performed only once and are not
phased unless it affects the trust of the agent. It is up to you to decide on the group, so
keep up to date on each progress. As an advertiser, it is your responsibility to use video
conferencing devices such as Zoom and Google Hangouts to communicate and stay in
touch with your colleagues. It is important to maintain a happy atmosphere within the
group and to understand the overall health of the teleworker. Speak with your funding
provider or external experts to develop the right kind of correspondence with partners,
primarily customers and representatives. Discuss the situation and business impact
legally with the entire management team. All sorry messages should be conveyed most
sympathetically for immediate reasons.
