INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS:

 Students are expected to login at 12.50 p.m.
 Students should login only with their official id
 Duration of the exam is from 1.00 pm – 4.00 pm including uploading of answer scripts
 The question paper will be posted in the Google classroom at 12.55 pm
 Students are expected to write the answers in A4 sheet only and upload the same
immediately before 4.00 pm
 Students are required to write the department number and subject code on every sheet
 Students are required to number the pages, page number should be written at the top right
corner of each page
 Students are required to arrange the answer sheets according to the page number and upload
the answer sheets only in PDF format and give their department number as the file name
 Students are required to keep the video on and to be present before the camera through- out
the exam
 Ensure to have good internet connection and device to be sufficiently charged
 In case of technical difficulty, inform the invigilator
 Students who are using mobile phone for the test, please make sure that you have
downloaded Google Chrome App in the work profile (Using work profile Google
Playstore)
 Students are expected to show their ID card and Hall Tickets to the invigilator. Those
who do not have their ID Card should get a bonafide from their class teacher and those
who do not have their hall tickets will not be permitted to write the exam
