FUNCTIONALITY TEST
The following steps are intended to check the proper functionality of the mechanical
interlock between two breakers. The breakers have to be tested with the all the finishing
elements installed (front cover, lateral cover, etc…).
1. Open manually both breakers T and G, by pushing the red OFF push button
2. Check the correct movement of the white levers on both breaker T and G by
moving up and releasing, as per below image.
4. Regulation of the interlock cables

Operation/ No tools required

The white lever has to come back to its original position after lever release.
3. Charge the springs of both breakers T and G
4.1
4. Close the breaker T by pushing the green ON push button
5. Verify that the interlock of breaker G is preventing the G to close, so the spring
indicator has to be half yellow/half white.

In order to further prove this, try to push the green button on the breaker G,
and it must not close.
6. Open manually breaker T
7. Verify that the interlock of breaker T is now disengaged, and it allow the
indicator to be fully yellow (ready to close)
8. Close manually the breaker G, and verify that the interlock mechanism is
preventing breaker T to close (indicator half yellow/half white) In order to
further prove this, try to push the green button on breaker T, and it has not to
close.
9. Open manually the breaker G, and verify that now the interlock of breaker T is
disengaged, and now breaker T can close (indicator full yellow)
