Give at least 3 fitness components that is evident in performing Foundation Form #1 in

Taekwondo. Explain why did you choose these components.

Answer:

In performing the Foundation Form 1 in Taekwondo, these fitness components are

evident: agility, balance and coordination. Agility is the ability to change direction quickly.

Performing the Foundation Form 1 requires us to shift our body from left to right, and vice versa,

constantly. Balance, on the other hand, is the ability to remain stable even when moving. Since

the Foundation Form 1 requires us to do a repetition of some movements, having a good balance

and stability will help prevent injuries. Lastly, coordination is the ability to use vision, touch and

muscle sense. With this, we learn to use each part of our body in the most efficient way possible

and execute the moves accurately.

Give at least 3 fitness components that is evident in performing Foundation Form #1 in

Taekwondo. Explain why did you choose these components.

Answer:

Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength & Flexibility.

Personally, it is so obvious that this 3 fitness components is evident in  performing foundation

form #1 because when performing muscles are used for giving punches in a long time which is

good so you'll know how long your muscles can do or endure the activity. In addition, muscular

strength is also evident as you throw some punches you'll definitely insert strength. Note that in

every taekwondo techniques muscular strength is required to be effective. And lastly, flexibility

is also evident when performing such activities as you'll need to turn around from time time and

throw some punches. It's in the movement of the hand as well the the foot.
Give at least 3 fitness components that is evident in performing Foundation Form #1 in

Taekwondo. Explain why did you choose these components.

Answer:

For me,  I think that flexibility, balance, body coordination, body strength and endurance

is evident in performing foundation form #1 in taekwondo.

Starting with flexibility, in order to properly execute foundation form # 1, one should have the

flexibility in order to perform the neccesary steps and actions. Without flexibility, executing the

kicks and punches would be awkward looking.

Balance is also key in performing foundation form #1 because without balance, one cannot stand

and do the stances steadily and snappy and will have difficulty with timing of movement. Body

coordination will also be difficult without balance.

Now for body strength and endurance, we need the ability to keep our muscles strong and can

keep on going even if its already tired. One need to have a strong muscle and have body and

cardio endurance to do foundation form #1 properly. Without these fitness components, one

cannot perform the task well and properly.

Give at least 3 fitness components that is evident in performing Foundation Form #1 in

Taekwondo. Explain why did you choose these components.

Answer:

I choose Muscular endurance because it is very important for people playing sports and

who must sustain an activity for long periods of time. Muscular endurance is determined by how

well your slow twitch muscle fibers are developed.

I choose Body composition because it is derived using the equation of fractional

densities, which states that if the proportion and density of each component substance are known,

the total density of a combination containing more than one substance each with a different

density may be computed.

I choose Flexibility because it is an art itself, and it contributes to improving your

strength and stamina. Stretching gives you better flexibility and enables you to deliver kicks with

precision, it also improves strength, relieves stress from muscles, and improves balance.

I choose Muscular strength because strength is a measure of how much force your

muscles can exert, while endurance is the measure of how many times your muscles can repeat a

specific exertion of force. A well-designed strength and endurance program improves your

overall performance. Increasing strength and endurance is achieved with the use of free weights

and circuit training routines.

I choose Cardiorespiratory endurance because of the heart and lungs to absorbs, transport,

and utilize oxygen over an extended period of physical exertion. It is an important measure of the

overall health and fitness. Age, genetics, and physical conditioning all play a role in an

individual's cardiorespiratory endurance.

Give at least 3 fitness components that is evident in performing Foundation Form #1 in

Taekwondo. Explain why did you choose these components.

Answer:

The 3 fitness components that are evident in perfoming Formation Form #1 in

Taekwondo are reaction speed, agilty and muscular strength. The reaction speed or reaction time

is a fitness components which helps an athlete to make quick decisions in-game. An example for

reaction speed is when your opponent will perform a punch or a kick and in that little amount of

time befor it hits you, you will make a decision whether to evade it or to counter it. The agility

fitness component for yhe Taekwondo helps the athlete to change direction rapidly without

losing balance and body control. An example for this is when an athlete dodges or will execute

an attack, their body will shift oje side to another in order for the energy to transfer throughout

their body to dodge or to attack. Lastly, the muscular strength fitness component. This fitness

components will help an athlete to exert his/her full strength to perform moves that requires

strength. An example is when an attacker is trying to land an attack and the defender tried to

defend it with his/her strength.
