learn and ways that you can continue to grow.

Good morning to one and all. Welcome to the IN-Service Training for Teachers. To begin
with, everyone is requested to stand for the following numbers:

One key to success in life is to keep company with people who uplift you and whose
presence calls forth your best. To check our attendance let us welcome Mrs. Mericel Nierves.

Thank you ma’am Nierves, according to – Siddartha Guatama Buddha, “the secret of
health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future,
or not to anticipate troubles, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly.” At this
moment, let us welcome Mrs. Shirley Ferando for the unfreezing activity.

Thank you ma’am Ferando, let us now welcome Mrs. Michelle de la Cruz to share with us a
food for thought.
