Executive Summary
The business controls all the vehicles owned by the
municipality in Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage and Despatch,
we fix the vehicles and store them we are a
governmental Company.
Short Term Goal: To make all the cities in which we
operate happy.
Long Term Goal: To employ more workers and create
jobs and serve the community to the best of our ability
and fix all our cars so we can be everywhere to help
the people.
Capital to be invested in the business: R 1 000 000 a
month.
Each owners contribution per month R 250 000

We work for the government so we are the only
company working in fleet for the municipality.

The businesses target market is varies municipal
vehicles that are traffic cop cars, Fire engines,
plumbing cars etc….
Financial Plan
My Financial contribution the Year is R 250 000 a
month, R 3 000 000 a year
The Expenses are R 5 000 000 for the year for all
vehicles purchased
Start up assests 30 vehicles, desks, furniture,
stationary etc….
Operation Plan
Our human resources plan is to employ mainly
human labour and less machinery although its
good to have latest equipment for the vehicles
such as the tracker we are able to see where all
our vehicles goes. In pur plan we also seeking to
create jobs for the people that are skilled enough
and that has license to drive our vehicles.

is designed to ensure success in the business. There are
many different plans that the business goes through in
order to obtain maximum competitiveness.

Is a programme which includes spending some time
learning theory and also learning some practical skills in
the workplace.
Learnership is like apprenticeships, the main difference
is that learnerships goes beyond trade they also prepare
people for jobs in the new service sector and higher
professional occupations.
Apprenticeship:
To work for an employer that teachers you a trade and
you get a small sum of money for the work done.
Is a system of training a person that will practice a skill.
