The Business Game from Thunderbird Manufacturing Company was a new adult game that the
marketing department believed that it would be an immensely popular product, competing with
games like Trivia Pursuit and Pictionary. Bonnie Muio was the new production manager and has
to work with John Love on The Business Game. All the responsibilities of the new game were on
Muio.

after some time, at least after six months of launching The Business Game, so that customer
gives back the old games and buy Business Game. They should charge some amount on it like
sales tax and give it to the customer by only taking sales tax instead of MSRP (Manufacturer’s
Suggested Retail Price). This will create a significant place for the Company in the heart of
Customers.
Control/Feedback: Feedbacks of the customer can always help to improve. To improve the
