JPO under reference (i) was issued with validity upto 31.12.2019 for cases
where bank details available in purchase orders require amendment due to various
reasons, which enabled vendors to submit requests for amendment in the existing
bank details.

Vide Railway Board's circular under reference (i), validity of JPO under
reference (i) was extended upto 31.12.2021.

In consultation with Accounts Dte. of Railway Board, validity of JPO under

reference (i) has been further extended till further advice in the matter. CRIS may
make necessary changes in the system in line with provisions made in the JPO.
