2. What activity, really affects your condition this midst of pandemic.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the mental health, as I said to the first question I have an
anxiety, physical activity and exercise can be effective treatment strategies for symptoms of
both depression and anxiety. Many people believe that if a person is exercising or if they
exercise on a regular base that they want to be fit, or they are unhappy with something that
deals with their body physically. Allot of these people fail to realize that exercising is not only
for your body physically but mentally as well. I know from my own personal experience that
exercising helps not only with physical aspects. But it can help with depression, anxiety, and
many other things. Exercising helps avoid the risk of anxiety and depression while keeping your
body in a good state. There are a variety of exercises that differs in each purposes and in terms
of the mental and emotional well-being of a person, it can surely help you being sane.
Especially in this new normal, where everything is so stressful and difficult to adjust. Exercising
helps you to stay calm and push forward in surviving through this pandemic.
