I am Patrick’s daughter Debbie, dad as vascular dementia and has no capacity  - I do have power of
attorney. I have seen a letter from you saying he has recently changed address but can no longer find it
- Dad has a habit of putting things In the bin. He has not changed address since Nov 2017 - I did write
and notify you of this at the time , I know you received this as he have been writing to him since then at
this address.
