changes in the future. Not telling us could lead to you being uninsured, your policy being cancelled or voided, a claim rejected or
reduced, or additional terms being applied to your policy.

Want to renew?
l If you want to renew your policy you don’t need to do anything, your policy will renew automatically on 03/05/2023.
l If you do renew your policy, you have 14 days from your renewal date to change your mind and cancel your policy. If no
incidents have occurred which could lead to a claim, we’ll refund any payments made, less a fee.

l If you'd like to change your level of cover, auto-renewal preference or any other details, you can use Live Chat online or in My
Account or call 0345 603 7879 (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-5pm, Sun 9am-2pm for both) and we will change it straight away.
Don't want to renew?
l Please call us on 0345 603 7879 at least 5 days before your renewal date. If you don’t, you can still cancel your policy, but it may
be too late to stop us from collecting your payment.
l If you’re looking to switch insurer, make sure you do a like-for-like comparison – your Schedule shows all your cover including
Optional Extras and excesses. Remember to compare the total cost to insure and what your monthly payments will be, and that
you’re still getting the quality cover and exceptional service we offer as part of our 5 Star Defaqto rated insurance.
l If you decide to take out alternative insurance, we’ll be sorry to see you go. When your cover ends with us please ensure your
new cover is in place before driving your car again. Parking on the road without insurance could also lead to a fine.
Getting your documents
l Thanks for choosing to get communications and documents online, we’re continuing to improve our online services to give you
the best possible experience. If you do change your mind and want to receive your documents by post simply log into
esure.com/myaccount, click on ‘Show Quote’ and then ‘Your Documents’ within your Renewal Summary. Please remember your
documents can take up to 5 working days to arrive.
Fees
l Any fees are charged by esure Services Limited. Please see Your Agreement with esure Services Limited for details.

Optional Extras
Motor Legal Protection
If you’re involved in an accident that was partly or completely the fault of the other driver we can pay up to £100,000 (including VAT)
towards legal costs to help you recover your expenses.
Car Hire
If your car is stolen and not recovered, or we agree it’s a total loss, you’ll get a similar-sized hire car by the end of the next working
day. You can use this while your claim is being processed, for up to a maximum of 21 days.
Key Cover
If your keys are lost, stolen or damaged, you can call our partner, the RAC, who’ll help you retrieve, repair or replace them.
Misfuelling Cover
If you misfuel your car you can call out our partner, the RAC, who’ll aim to get you back on the road in no time at all. Remember you
won’t need this cover if your vehicle is fully electric.
Personal Injury Benefit
In the event of death or serious injury to you (or any named driver), we’ll cover medical expenses and pay up to £100,000 if you’re at
fault, or up to £30,000 if not.
Breakdown Cover
Our wide range of Breakdown Cover options are offered with our partner, the RAC, who are the most experienced breakdown
provider in the UK.
