1. PURPOSE
To establish a documented procedure in terms of Lab work/results reliability & personnel’s
accuracy in conducting testing and record keeping.

2. SCOPE
This procedure covers activities for monitoring/supervision of lab work and results.

3. TERMS
Quality lab Testing/record activities.
Physical test / color fastness testing / Equipment Log Books are included in quality records. These
documents are the objective evidences and proof that the Quality Assurance Lab carries out its
functions in accordance to the specified/referred documented procedures.

4. PROCEDURE
Random counter verification testing of lab work is checked by senior staff of lab.
This activity is done once in a month and complete report is compiled.
This supervision/monitoring exercise will be repeated to take corrective measures for continuous
improvement.
In case of any discrepancy, Responsible will take corrective action in order to fix it.
