patungong Guam.
Ito ang sinabi kahapon ni Brig. Gen. Restituto Padilla, Jr., spokesperson ng Armed Forces of the
“”If ever it disintegrates in the atmosphere. Potentially, it would have shattered debris that may scatter
around in the area or its trajectory. So it could hit some northern coastal areas. We have to forewarn our
citizens to be on the lookout. But that’s something that we see as remote,” sabi ni Padilla.
“So whatever fallout it may have, maybe because of debris, if it disintegrates up there. So these are
things that are still in our preparations kasi ang civil defense side naman natin, handa naman pong… May
“And we don’t have anti-missile systems to put it down or to guard our country against such kinds of
nitong nakaraang taon.
“In conclusion, let it be stressed that this verdict of acquittal is based on the failure of the prosecution to
present proof beyond reasonable doubt that the accused indeed used the 2008 Calamity Fund of San
Juan City in the procurement and payment of the subject firearms,” nakasaad sa desisyon na isinulat ni
Associate Justice Rodolfo Ponferrada.
“It must be remembered that in criminal cases, the burden of proof is on the prosecution and unless it
discharge that burden, the herein accused need not even offer evidence in their behalf and they would be
entitled to an acquittal,” dagdag nito.
Bukod kay Ejercito, abswelto rin sina dating vice mayors Leonardo Celles at Francisco Zamora, dating
mga konsehal na sina Andoni Miguel Carballo, Vincent Rainer Pacheco, Angelino Mendoza, Dante
Santiago, Rolando Bernardo, Grace Pardines, Domingo Sese, Edgardo Soriano, Joseph Christopher
Torralba, Ramon Nakpil, Francis Keith Peralta at Jannah Ejercito-Surla.

"There were said to be indications as early as May but the commercial poultry operators did not report it
immediately. Then the situation worsened around July," wika ni Piñol.
"I immediately ordered the deployment of quarantine officers within the one-kilometer radius. We will kill
all poultry as there are a lot of those being used for cockfights," dagdag ng kalihim.
"I don’t care if we have to kill a million including those free range and stray fowls. What is that compared
to the whole poultry industry? We have to do it because we don’t want the disease to spread," patuloy ni
Piñol.
"We have two possible sources. First is the migratory birds and second is the ongoing smuggling of
Peking duck from China, possibly coursed through the Subic area," paliwanag ni Piñol.
"The good thing about the situation is that we are an archipelagic country. If there’s an outbreak in Luzon,
we can still prevent it from spreading in the Visayas and Mindanao," dagdag niya.

“Since under the law the authority to appoint directors and assistant directors of center and field offices is
lodged with the Secretary of Health, it then follows that the (DOH chief) likewise possesses the authority
to reshuffle, transfer, detail, or re-assign the directors and assistant directors that he appointed to other
center and field
offices of the FDA.” saad ni Aguirre.
hakbang.
