DRY CHICKEN

Hello teacher and classmates! Today, in my recipe we are

going to make a delicius and nutritious dish.

The dry chicken is healthy, delicius and nutritious. It is one of

the most popular dishes in Perú. In fact, to eat this unique

dish you can go to an exclusive restaurant or enjoy it at

home making your own dry chicken. Today we will show you

how to prepare this delicius dish. These are ingredients:

-Four chicken pieces

-One red onion

-Two white potatoes

-One carrot

-1/2 cup of green peas

-1/2 cup of coriander leafless

-One teaspoon of ground garlic

-Two tablespoons of ground

yellow pepper

-Two tablespoons vegetable oil

-Four cups of cooked rice

First, blend the coriander with a little water

if necessary until you get a paste.

Cut the onion into cubes. Cut the white

potatoes into quarters and the carrot in the

slices.

Then, heat the oil in a pot and seal the

chicken until it is completely golden. Add

the onion and fry for two minutes. Add the

garlic, the yellow pepper, the coriander

paste and fry for five more minutes.

fifteen minutes.

finish cooking for five minutes. Serve the
