Ingredients
• 4-6pcs small diced mozzarella
• dried basil leaves
• 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
• 4-6 small skewers, or as needed
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
• Peeled cucumber

Directions
• Cut each mozzarella

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1 bay leaf

• 1 pack frozen mixed vegetables
• 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
• salt to taste
• ground black pepper to taste
Chickpea Soup

Directions
• In a saucepan, warm oil over moderate heat. Add
onion, garlic, and sweet potatoes; saute 5 minutes.
• Stir in broth, bay leaf, basil, thyme, and paprika. Salt
and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat
to medium low. Cover. Simmer until vegetables are
tender but not mushy, about 15 minutes.
• Stir in tomato, green beans, and chickpeas.
Simmer uncovered until tender, about 10 minutes more.
Serve hot.
Cobb Salad
This Cobb salad has some of my favorite ingredients: chicken, egg, tomatoes,bacon and avocado.

Ingredients
• 3 slices bacon
• 1eggs
• 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
• 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
• 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
• ¾ cup cucumber
• 1 avocado peeled, pitted and diced
• 1 bottle French-style salad dressing
Cobb Salad

Directions
• Place eggs in a saucepan and cover completely with cold
water; bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat.
Let eggs sit for 10 to 12 minutes, then cool, peel and chop.
• While the eggs are cooking, place bacon in a large, deep
skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown, 7
to 10 minutes. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
• Divide shredded lettuce among individual plates. Top with
rows of bacon, eggs, chicken, tomatoes, blue cheese,
green onions, and avocado
• Drizzle with dressing.
Garlic Beef Spare Ribs w/Greenbean
The short ribs cook for hours in a flavorful broth and turn out delicious and tender every time.

• 1 pound beef short ribs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3clove garlic
• 4 cups beef stock

Garlic Beef Spare Ribs w/Greenbean

Directions
• Season ribs with salt and pepper.
• Pour in beef stock. Cover and simmer over low heat
until ribs are very tender, about 2-3 hours
• heat. Cook ribs until browned, about 5 minutes per
side. Remove ribs and set aside.
• Add onion and garlic to the skillet; cook and stir until
onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Return ribs to the
skillet. scraping the browned bits of food off the
bottom of the pan.
• Fry greenbean and breadcrumbs for side dish
• Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
• 2 cup finely crushed graham crackers
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
• White chocolate crumbs

Directions
• Combine graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and sweetened
condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Form graham cracker mixture into 1-inch
balls and dip on chocolate ganache.
• Chill graham balls until set, about 30mins and top with white chocolate
crumbs.

Ingredients
• Ingredients
• 10-15 pcs uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tablespoons minced shallot
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
• 1 ½ cups fine bread crumbs
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• ½ cup vegetable oil for frying, or as needed
Fired shrimp balls
Directions
• Mix ingredients together, except for breadcrumbs, in a
large bowl until well combined. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
• Using wet hands, form mixture into balls and coat each
with breadcrumbs.
• Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry
balls in batches until golden and just cooked through,
about 5 minutes.
• Drain shrimp balls on paper towels. Serve with
ketchup & mayonnaise sauce on the side.
Dipping sauce
• 1 cup Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Ketchup
• 1tsp vinegar
• 1tsp water
• 1tsp garlic powder & paprika
Directions

• Add all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth and silky.
• Cover and chill for 1 hour before using.

Ingredients
• 2 tbs olive oil
• 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
• 2 carrots, thinly sliced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 350g Chicken
• 1 ginger
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions
• Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook
celery, carrot and onion, stirring occasionally, for 8
minutes or until softened and lightly browned. Add garlic
and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant.
• Add stock and bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce
heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or
until soup has reduced slightly.

• Add chicken and cook, covered, for 10 minutes or until


chicken is cooked through. Season and serve.

• Using a sharp knife, cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise. You want to end up with 4, equally thin,

• 5 cups Chicken broth

• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 teaspoon grated ginger
• 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch

• Dilute the cornstarch in 1/4 cup water. Stir and mix well. Set aside.
• Combine chicken broth and water in a cooking pot, Bring to a boil.
• Add the grated ginger. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour-in the beaten egg. Stir.
• Add-in the cornstarch diluted in water. Continue to stir until the texture of the soup reaches

Ingredients
• 1 cup all purpose cream
• 1 cup condensed milk
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1 cup tapioca pearls (uncooked)
• 5 cups of water (for the tapioca pearls)

Directions
• Boil some water in a pot and place the tapioca pearls. Stir a bit to prevent from sticking together. Cover
the pan and let it boil for 15 minutes using low heat.
• To further cook the tapioca pearls and become transparent, add more water while stirring. Prepare your
ripe mangoes. Slice the mango cheeks. Cut one mango into large cubes (for blending). Cut the rest of the
mangoes in smaller cubes. Transfer the large and small cubes to separate plates.
• Drain the cooked tapioca pearls and transfer into a large bowl. Add the chopped mangoess, the
remaining evaporated milk, all purpose cream and the condensed milk. Mix gently until well-combined.
• Chill the mango tapioca for at least 4 hours before serving.
• Serve your mango tapioca in a serving bowl and enjoy

A really easy, pretty, appetizer that is perfect for vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, and healthy eating. These are like little

Ingredients
• 1 avocado
• 1 lemon
• 1 red & yellow Bellpepper
• 2 teaspoons lime juice
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 carrot
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper & salt
• 1 cucumber
Directions
• Add the avocado, lemon juice, salt in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth stopping to scrape the sides
as needed.
• Use a peeler to cut long thin strips from the cucumber. Take a cucumber strip and spread a thin coat of the avocado
mixture along the length of the cucumber put bellpeppers together with carrots on the top. A little goes a long way!
Make sure to get some avocado all the way to the end, so it will stick the roll together. Roll it up! No toothpicks
needed. Do the same with the rest of your cucumber strips.

• ½ cup butter
• 1 onion, chopped
• ½ package frozen chopped broccoli
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1 cheddar cheese

Directions
• Melt butter in a stockpot over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.

• Stir cornstarch and water together in a small bowl until smooth. Stir into soup; cook, stirring frequently,

STROGANOFF GRAVY/SAUCE

• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 large onion, chopped

• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon flour

• 2 cups low sodium chicken stock/broth


• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 cup Milk & butter
• Fresh chopped parsley

Directions
• Season chicken all over with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.Heat the butter and oil in a large
skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken until browned, (about 4 minutes each side). Transfer to a
plate, set aside.
• Melt the remaining butter in the pan. Sauté the onions until transparent. Add the garlic and sauté
until fragrant, then add mushrooms and cook until golden
• Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute, then add the broth/stock and soy sauce sauce. Mix well
Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in add milk and butter. I Let simmer until sauce is smooth and
creamy, about 3-4 minutes, then season with salt, paprika and pepper.
• Return chicken breasts along with juices on the plate to the pan. Simmer for a further 2 minutes until
the chicken is completely cooked through. Remove from heat.
• Add oil in the pan and sauté Green Beans
• Garnish with parsley

Ingredients
•4 tablespoons (1 ¼oz/35g) all-purpose flour
•3 - 4 tablespoons (1oz/28g) milo powder
•3 tablespoons brown sugar
• pinch of salt
• 6 tablespoons (3floz/90ml) milk
• 2 tablespoons flavorless oil (canola oil/vegetable oil/sunflower oil)
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chip
Directions
•In a medium microwavable mug (roughly 1 cup measurement) mix together the flour, milo powder,
brown sugar, and salt.
•In to the dry ingredients add in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract and mix together until you form your
batter.
•Mix in the chocolate chips.
•Microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds - 1 minute 50 seconds or until it has risen and the batter doesn't
look wet.
•Serve warm with vanilla ice cream & enjoy!
