QUESTION 1: GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT (5 points)


Please give a global idea of the project, including information on the following aspects where
applicable:
a. Is the office project for own use/ rental/ for sale?
b. Is this a new development or refurbishment? Single building or group of units, or
heritage building refurbished for office use?
c. What are the total numbers of phases in the project? How many phases are
completed and included in this submission? (Please indicate the development period, the
dates of commencement, planned completion and actual completion).
d. Where the project is situated (geographical location and relation to town, region,
country etc.)?
e. What was the general objective of the developer as regards the concept of the project
and the theme of the project? Please comment on the origin of the project idea and
the motivation for its implementation.

QUESTION 2: ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN (15 points)


Please comment on the following aspects as applicable. As indicated in the instruction sheet,
please include in your submission the layout plan, the building plans, interior and exterior
photos etc.
a. Town planning (e.g. how does this project lift into the existing environment and
integrated into the surrounding? What constraints had to be considered?)
b. Is any traffic impact study conducted and how does the office vehicles exits and entry
into the new project?
c. Is there any complaint from occupants of the existing surrounding buildings? If yes,
how was this resolved?
d. Is this a refurbishment/ renovation project? (If applicable please consider if the
existing building is under the national heritage. If yes, please apply for the Heritage
(Restoration/ Conservation) Category)
e. External design (is there an architectural theme and if yes, please elaborate)
f. Interior design
g. Landscaping
h. Amenities (is there any amenities to foster social activities among the office staff?

i. Land use, i.e. plot ration etc.
j. Safety features (what safety features are incorporate into the system to ensure safety
for visitors and occupants)

d. How is the energy minimized? Electrical bill is the main cost in the maintenance of
the office (air-conditioning, heating and lighting cost).Is there any method employed
to reduce these?
e. With global warming, what steps are taken to reduce the impact of the project to the
environment?

QUESTION 7: SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE (5 points)


Please answer the following questions:
a. Safety:
i. What safety measures (including fire-fighting system) being incorporated or
implemented?
ii. Any written Emergency Fire Respond Plan and Procedures? Any Emergency Fire
Respond Team? Any Emergency/Crisis Rescue Team?
iii. Any safety training provided for staffs and/or residents/tenants?
iv. Any safety booklet or manual provided to the residents/tenants?
v. Any fire drill carried out, either internally, or with residents/tenants, or with authority?
vi. Any Safety Audit being carry out?
b. Maintenance:
i. What maintenance procedure and measurement being undertaken or implemented?

1. What Sustainability features that being introduced and implemented in the project? (Land,
air, water, and ecosystems).

Example: Low energy materials/Low-E glass/Low-VOC/Green certification/energy saving


features/Solar panel or photo-voltaic (PV) module/reduction of Carbon footprint/Rain
water harvesting/better inflow of natural light/air circulation/heat ventilation, EV charging
