understand that if I am employed, I undertake to follow all rules and regulations set forth by
TechoKids to maintain a high standard of work ethics, professionalism, good behavior, and
respect for other employees, sound judgment, integrity, honesty, and overall decorum. I also
understand and agree that any misrepresentation or any false statements on this application
shall be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination and dismissal. In that case, I
agree to pay back to TechoKids, Five times of what I have been paid by the company plus I will
pay for all legal and administrative expenses incurred by the company to terminate my job. I
hereby authorize TechoKids (and all associated companies TechoKids Pvt ltd) to make any
investigations of my prior educational and employment history.

I understand that employment at TechoKids is "at will," which means that the company can
terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any
reason. All employment will continue on that basis. I understand that no supervisor, manager,
or executive of this company, other than the CEO or Director has the authority to alter the
foregoing.

I understand that as part of my job, whatever I create for TechoKids or its associated
companies, its customers, individually or in collaboration with other employees, it will be the
sole property of TechoKids and I will not have any rights on that work or its derivative. I agree
that I will not share the company's confidential details/ data (such as business model, customer
list/ data, pricing, curriculums/ lesson plans, etc) with any outsider. I will refrain from joining a
competitor of TechoKids or starting my competitor to TechoKids for at least two years from the
last day of my employment with TechoKids.

 TechoKids ADDENDUM

I, am signing this Addendum as my agreement to additional terms of my

employment/Internship/temp work/ part-time/ with TechoKids (or TechoKids Pvt Ltd). This is in addition
to my agreement to comply with terms signed by me through the Techokids job application form and the
Exit form.

I agree to comply with the following terms:-

Social & Electronic Media Use: As social media is becoming a prominent part of our life, it's equally
important that I get more responsible and accountable for what I say or participate in on social media.
We all know Social media can be a very good platform for reaching out to our customers or for making
favorable comments. But we all know it can be misused by our competition or any disgruntled
employee. I clearly understand my responsibility and accountability towards TechoKids and its
associated businesses and:

I will use social media only for making favorable comments about Techokids and its customers. Although I am
happy and satisfied with my relationship with TechoKids I understand my long-term responsibility and
accountability and even if I am unhappy, I agree not to make any unfavorable-comments on TechoKids directly
or indirectly through any kind of electronic or social media (including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Plus,
Google chat, Google Hangout, WhatsApp, other messengers, other Aliases, Groups, etc), unless I have
permission from CEO or any Director of the company. In case I am ever unhappy I will rather inform the CEO or
any Director of the company about my unhappiness and reasons for it and would put serious efforts to resolve
any issue with the company directly, but I will completely refrain from posting any kind of negative comments
about my relationship or about the company (its employees, its practice, its customers, its partners)

I agree not to post any unfavorable comments on TechoKids customers (schools, school staff, students,
sponsors, partners like Adobe, etc)

I agree not to post any unfavorable comments on TechoKids in any public or private groups/aliases (like any
college alias or any personal group) without the permission of the CEO or Director of the company.

I agree not to post any photo on social or electronic media (including Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, etc), of
TechoKids customers, schools, students, parents, teachers, employees, etc without prior permission of
TechoKids CEO/ Director.

Similarly, I won’t share any company information on any social or electronic media without the permission of the
CEO or Director of the company.

As I work with TechoKids customers (students, teachers, school/partner staff, their vendors, judges, etc), I am
only representing TechoKids and won’t reach out to them after the termination of my relationship with
TechoKids. I clearly understand that the relationship and rapport I have built with TechoKids customers are
because of TechoKids and it should cease to exist once I am not working with TechoKids and therefore I won’t
reach out to any TechoKids customers. I understand there is no personal relationship here. In case TechoKids
customers reach out to me via any social or electronic media (including my email ID, my FB page, Google chat,
WhatsApp, etc), or via my phone, I will immediately inform the CEO/ Director of TechoKids about the customer
calls, discussions and details.
Other Terms:

In case I am part of the TechoKids Competitions team or Website team, I will immediately cease
to access any company system (database, Website, or related pages like FB page, etc) and will
hand over all confidential access, log-ins, passwords, etc after my relationship is terminated. I
won’t copy any TechoKids website code, template, or competition structure. I clearly understand
all my work is now TechoKids property and I won’t copy, share or have any access to my work or
what I did for TechoKids.

I will also ensure complete confidentiality even after my relationship with TechoKids has
terminated and I will never share TechoKids confidential information with anyone else or copy
anything from the TechoKids website, competitions, lesson plans, customer list, brochure,
business model, logo, or for that matter any company property or company docs.

I reiterate once again that I won’t work with the TechoKids competition or compete directly on my
own for 3 months during my work tenure.
