Following up on the 2020/2021 Academic Year education calendar, that at the end of each
semester a The End of Year Assessment (PAT) and Class XII Farewell Event will be held.
2020/2021. So through this letter we convey the schedule for the End of Year Assessment
Examination (PAT) which will be carried out on:

             Day / Date : Monday - Friday, June 7th-11th, 2021

             Time          : Scheduled
             Technique         : Online Exam
              
The requirements for taking The End of Year Assessment (PAT) for the 2020/2021
Academic Year are:
1. The student attendance rate is not less than 75%.
2. Have completed academic assignments
3. Have a PAT participant card
4. Pay DSP arrears and pay tuition fees until June 2021
5. Paid PAT fees and Class XII Farewell Event Participation dues as follows:

No Activities Payment Deadline

1. The End of Year Assessment (PAT) IDR 175.000 June 4th, 2021
2. Class XII Farewell Program Participation IDR 075.000 May 21st, 2021
Total IDR 250.000
