The Zamboanga City State Polytechnic College – Vitali External Program

Delivering Unit has been operationally productive for eight years under your competent
leadership. Over the years, the population of this unit has been growing significantly
with students and visiting lecturers. Hence, there is a need for additional facilities to
facilitate the effective and efficient learning which our esteemed school sworn to deliver.

With this, the undersigned would like to request from your good office to allow us
to utilize the spare computer units and old van from the College of Engineering
Technology (Main Campus). The computers will be very beneficial to the Bachelor of
Science in Computer Technology students and in some courses that requires the use of
these units. The old van will be used by the Bachelor of Science in Automotive
Technology students specially in their driving class.

Rest assured that this facility will be maintained and taken care of if approved.
