HTV/PSV Driving License. Warranted that any loss and/or damage to the stuffed consignment due to unseaworthiness of the container i.e. Wet/ Lubricated/ Oily Container is not covered. Warranted
that the goods must be adequately covered with fire/water proof tarpaulin during transit. Carrier's breach of trust exclusion clause (inland transit).
As per Institute of London Under-writer’s clauses (current on the date of sailing), it is warranted that the interest insured under the cover is shipped under deck/on desk in container.
PERIOD: This acceptance is valid for shipment made from 12/01/2022 until 11/01/2023 unless previously exhausted by declaration.
DECLARATION: Notice of shipment falling within the scope of this cover are to be made as follow:
(a) By the shippers: Original Shipment documents prior or within 10 working days from date of shipment either by below mentioned company's email, fax or address (via courier). In the lieu of this
"House/forwarder's Airway Bill/ Bill of lading is acceptable.
(b)By the insured: To this office of the Company issuing the Cover Note.
On receipts of the above declaration from the insured the policy/certificate will be issued by the Company and the premium paid as stated thereon or as per Debit Note.
When business is tariffed the acceptance is subject to the following condition.
This contract is subject to such tariff rates and regulation as may be in force at the time risks attach hereunder.
SECONDHAND AND/OR USED MACHINARY/RESHIPED GOODS.
Cover on secondhand / used or reshiped machinary and other goods is restricted to institue cargo clauses(B/C) only unless specifically declared as such.
In the interest of the insured and of the Bank concerned it is suggested that a suitable clause be inserted in the letter of credit requesting shipments to be declared by the shippers as noted above.
(b) By the insured: To this Office of the Company issuing the CoverNote.

Warranted this cover is null and void unless declaration of the shipment is lodged with the company prior to arrival of the vessel at the port of destination and relative premium is paid or guaranteed.
