 Happiness is the latest Korean drama produced by tvn and TVING. With 12 episodes
in length, the series focuses on a group of people who must survive a virus that makes
sufferers want to drink human blood. Sufferers who manage to prey on humans will be
infected like a zombie virus. Interestingly, the series that airs on iqiyi and Viu every Friday
and Saturday doesn't only present how terrible the virus is. But about human behavior when it
comes to survival.

Happiness basically focuses on three important people. First, Yoon Sae-bom (Han
Hyo-joo). He is a member of the special police squad who is firm and brave. Second, there is
Jung Yi-hyun (Park Hyung-sik), a smart and honest detective. Third, there is Han Tae-seok
(Jo Woo-jin) who is a lieutenant colonel who holds the key to the virus outbreak. Later, Tae-
seok not only hides the facts about the virus, but also tries to stop it.

Yoon Sae-bom and Jung Yi-hyun get married and live in a new apartment. They
married initially not because of love, but for the sake of each other. When their apartment is
locked down, they must try to survive while protecting the entire tower from infected people.
However, they also do not know that outside the apartment complex, the world is also in
turmoil. Many ended up being infected with the "mad man's disease". Investigate a
calibaration, it was caused by an energy vitamin called a drug called Next. People who
consume Next will feel energized, but also always feel thirsty. The next symptom that arises
is unconsciousness like a madman with the retina of the eye turning white. The solution was
that they had to drink human blood. After that, the sufferer will realize that he is a human in
general and is not aware of his previous actions. This only happened for a few hours.

Humanity is tested throughout the episode. The residents of the apartment have to
survive and are even willing to do everything. You can see the mirror of greed, snatching
happiness, even killing lives

The visuals, music and characters of each player are very attached and make people
who watch this series tense and anxious.

But it's a shame the ending of this film doesn't look a bit hanging, because it doesn't
explain whether the virus has really disappeared or even a vaccine for this disease has been
found and the audience is still wondering if it was Sae-bom's fantasy that the disease has
really disappeared.

I highly recommend this film to watch because it contains the message "that humans
can do anything to survive, be a human being who is concerned with group interests and not
selfish, selfish"
