The research is about masculinity of woman Characters in The Hunger

Games Mockingjay Novel by Suzanne Collins. The object of this research is the
novel The Hunger Games Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins. This novel show the
masculine character of Katniss. The purpose of this study is to describe the
masculinity of Katniss' character. The theory used in this study ia a structural
approach that focuses on character analysis. The method used is a qualitative
method. The result of the study shows that the masculinity of female characters in
the novel The Hunger Games Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins includes; brave 5
example, willing to take risks 2 example, strong personality 1 example, and
showing no weakness in front of anyone.
