    Issues on Integrity Challenges in Government Procurement.
    Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles in government
    procurement. Issues on Integrity Challenges in Government Procurement such as conflict of
    interest, bid-rigging, and awarding contracts to unqualified contractors and cronies.

    ISSUE 2
    Issues on Government Procurement System Still Riddles with Flaws.
    The issue here is Government Procurement is still in a sorry state even over the last five years
    been conducting legal workshops on the Government Procurement system, there are still
    flaws with Government Procurement.
