company dedicated to the development of all kinds of events from children's
parties to promotion and advertising campaigns, ADVIRSOS R&G SAS was
born: a recreation and advertising company that offers high quality services for
the entire population of Bogota. The company has a private portfolio (for
children's parties) and a business portfolio (for organizational events, promotion
and marketing) created for Bogota families of low, medium and high
socioeconomic level.

COMPANY HISTORY
Oscar Andrés Ríos Sánchez begins with a subproject in 2016, called ORS
LOGISTICA Y EVENTOS. The motivation to create this venture was to be able
to become independent, to generate their own employment resources. He
undertook the execution of his idea, renting bouncers to other companies, in order
to be able to take the first step and giving positive results in his first month. Due
to the great reception by customers, the demand for this service increased, so that
the labor supply in the company gradually increased, as these customers asked for
and required a recreation service. Due to these results, he began to hire people and
train them little by little to be able to meet the demand for services that were had
at the time, so as time went by he reinvented his business by little by acquiring
more jumping, pintucaritas and some theaters. In 2017 ORS AGENCIA was born,
in response to an urban musical event (RAP) in which protocol models and
promoters were requested. In 2018 he changed the name to LH MODELS so that
there would be no confusion with the initial subproject, additionally, R&G
ADVIRSORS SAS begins, in the same year in an alliance with a friend of his,
then he decided to buy the friend's part, thus uniting the Subprojects in R&G, the
company continued training personnel, doing recreation events, models and
logistics, in 2019 inflatables are acquired which genre that would give a
magnitude of the growth of the company.
Additionally, salespeople are trained for the different services (Sales), the
microenterprise does not have a marketing department, everything is done by the
