The annual E-Summit is our marquee event, which attracted over number of attendees
people last year. This year is going to be bigger and better because of:
E-Summit 2022 is an event that will let one showcase your greatness quotient. Two full
days of gruelling competition with the best of the best and will make budding
entrepreneurs apply every ounce of skill and energy that they possess. It’s the ultimate
platform to discover your potential and knack of business skills.
E-Summit’22 is not for the nonchalant, but for those who dare to grab the boxing gloves
and punch the hurdles away and prove terms like limits and boundaries are meaningless.

Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide a brief overview of the plan to stage an event, “E-
Summit’22”. MICA EDC seeks association for the culmination of this event which will be causative to
the sustainability of our efforts to empower the youth who wants to start their entrepreneurial journey.

The main objective of setting up a MICA Incubator is to develop, nurture, promote and successfully
commercialise ventures - that are based on innovative products, models, tools, techniques, and
technologies and/or render services in the area of Strategic Marketing and Communication; ventures
that would conceptualise, develop and manufacture innovative processes, formats, mediums of
communication for reaching out to individuals or masses - by providing training, mentoring,
intellectual support services to the MICA Incubatees and the requisite infrastructure.

We are currently responsible for 700 beneficiaries.

Benefits and Opportunities
According to our survey, 20% of our attendees are your clients. E-Summit is an opportunity to
showcase Boat’s products and increase market share.

Boat will be positioned as sponsor through logo placement on the official event website,
merchandize, and certificates and pictures of the event will be watermarked by Boat’s
stamp, Boat’s latest product will be placed at the site for viewing and trials. There will be
speaking engagements and experiential brand activations too.

Demographics of attendees: Our event can assist Boat to target the correct audience by
segmenting guests based on demographics such as age, gender, interests, purchasing
power, work titles, and so on.

Ever since its inception, the MICA-EDC has been devoted to the objective of encouraging the concept
of entrepreneurship in the communication sector. MICA-EDC aspires to offer business support
services in order to nurture buzzing ideas that have the potential to bring about a change in this sector.
Thus, in order to make this a reality, the MICA-EDC has set up a first-of-its-kind MICA
Incubator (Communication Technology Based Business Incubator), an incubation centre specifically
for the Strategic Marketing and Communication sector to commercialise and nurture ideas and
innovations.
