Sixth, warranty period and after-sales service commitment
1. Warranty period
1) The warranty period of the oxygen generation system shall be 12
months from the commissioning of the user's factory, or 18 months from
the date of signing the contract, whichever comes first;
2) The service life of the main parts of the equipment, i.e. pneumatic
valve and special molecular sieve for oxygen generation, shall not be less
than 5 years. During this period, if the equipment fails to meet the

technical indexes specified in the contract due to the quality problems of
pneumatic valve and special molecular sieve for oxygen generation, Party
B shall be responsible for repairing or replacing the new pneumatic valve
and special molecular sieve for oxygen generation free of charge.
3) During the warranty period, the supplier shall bear the cost of
repairing or replacing the oxygen making equipment and parts provided
by Party B due to quality problems, and the user shall bear the cost of
repairing or replacing the equipment due to wrong operation and
improper use. After the expiration of the warranty period, the supplier
shall provide lifelong equipment maintenance service, and ensure the
smooth supply of accessories and preferential prices.
