1. 总价(Total amount): 26,310 $

3. 包装(Packaging): Wooden pallet+wooden box+wrapping film
4. 装运口岸(Port of loading): ShangHai
5. 发货期限(Time of delivery): 5-10 days after receiving the deposit.
6. 付款条件(Terms of payment): 30% of the total price should be paid by the buyer
after the conclusion of the contract for work. The balance 70% should be paid
by the buyer after checking the machine but before the delivery of the machines.
7. 安装调试(installation & debugging)
If the buyer requires, the seller will send the engineers for the installation,
debugging and training services in the buyer’s factory. The buyer shall prepare
the necessary machines and tools for the installation and necessary raw materials
for the debugging. The installation and debugging time may take 3 or 4 weeks,
depending on the real conditions. The buyer is responsible for the rounds flight
tickets for the seller’s engineers. The cost of the seller’s engineers
accommodation and transportation shall be at the buyer’s expense. The buyer is
required to pay 100 USD/day to each engineer as allowance.
