PREFACE
I thank Good for the presence of Allah SWT.For his Grace and gift to me,so that i can complete the
industrial work practice (prakerin) activities and compile this internship report properly.although
there are still many shortcomings ,i as a student of SMKN 1 GUNUNGKENCANA have carried out
internship activities for approximately i month, which is starting from the date of 08 March to 07
April 2021,at the gunungkencana distric education and culture UPTD office.

CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
Vocational high school (SMK) Negeri 1 gunungkencana are not only centers of science and
technology education,but also as functional in knowledge in order to have the ability to be
competent in the community as Specified in the SMKN 1 GUNUNGKENCANA program so that student
have work experience and prepare the selves to be ready to work after graduation.from SMKN 1
GUNUNGKENCANA.industrial work practice is a from of organization vocational skills education and
training that combines systematically synchroizing educational programs skills gained through
working directly in the world of work.
In another sense , industrial work practice is a way of providing vocational education and
training, especially in SMKN 1 GUNUNGKENCANA school and learning activities through working
directly in the field and in a real and relevant atmosfhere in the world of work and this
understanding implies that there are two parties ,namely educational and training institutions.
In addition, the industrial work practice (prakerin) students have the opportunity to develop
vocational skills according to their respective students can find out how the real world of work.

CHAPTER II CONTENT
Basic education is the intial gate of education, which must be determined by students.the scope of
basic education is divided in to two parts, namely PAUD (TK/KB) and SD.at this level ,PAUD (TK/KB)
and SD are given guldance , coaching,facilitation in the content of providing education at the
elementary level.
The history of the UPTD for education and culture PAUD (TK/KB)was published on 1984.the
dutles and functions of the UPTD are to provide guldance, guldance and facilities For providing PAUD
(TK/KB) and SD.tehnical execution of the service gunungkencana was established in 1984 until now.

Activities that I did at the time prakerin daerah development planning agency UPTD gunungkencana
is as follows:
1. Schedule mail entry and Exit; writing agenda incoming and outgoing mail from various SKPD
and agency as well as on the field expedition books.
2. Memoto copy file and dokuments are ordered supervisor or employee UPTD
3. Receive mail from other agencies
4. Dispose of incoming and outgoing mail.
5. Scan incoming mail/exit before positioned
6. Recap the list of one, sorting the cover report cards and banners.
7. Morning parade;
That is presumably a series of activities undertaken in the conduct of activities prakerin in regional
development planning board UPTD education and culture from starting 08 March to 07 April 2021.

CLOSING
3.1 Conclusion
Through prakerin we can a get a lot of valuable exsperience . previously in school,we only
received learning materialis and light paractices ,but with the existence of the internship , what we
Haven been able to do at school can be applied properly at work and learn to be responsible.
It can concluded,as long as I did the internship in UPTD education and education in
Gunungkencana sub-district I gained a lot of new knowledge.not only applying or practicing what
was agreed at school but in That place I could learn about things that I had never Been able to at
school before.
3.2 Suggestions
1. The staff or staff are requested to be able to help students who are trying to
overcome the difficulties given by the employees in the agency.
2. Please understand that I agreed to make a mistake doing something I was to old ,
because i'm still learning
3. It’s better not to smoke at work clock, because it can spend money on people who
don’t smoke,and they are in a place that won’t make other people argue.
