Dear Respondents,

Greetings!

I am currently writing a research proposal entitled “Knowledge,

Attitudes and Practices of Science Teachers in Relation to the
21st Century Learning Skills” which aims to describe the level of
knowledge, attitude and practices of teachers in critical
thinking skills, collaboration skills, communication skills and
creativity. The results of the study will also help improve
teachers’ competencies and to further improve students’ learning.

In connection with this, I would like to solicit your honest and

sincere answers to the attached questionnaires. I assure you that
the shared information will be treated with the strictest level of
confidence.

I will appreciate your assistance and support in this particular

endeavor. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Respectfully yours,
