I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson the students should be able to:
Recognize the sounds of animals, mechanical, musical instruments,
environment, and speech.
Differentiate the sounds of animals, mechanical, musical instruments,
environment, and speech.
Appreciate the sounds of animals, mechanical, musical instruments,
environment, and speech.
III. PROCEDURES
A. Preparatory Drills
Prayer
The teacher will ask the student to stand up and the leader prayer for that day,
to feel the presence of the Almigthy God first.
Greetings
The teacher will greet the student in a positve and a nice way.
Checking of attendance
The teacher check the attendace with the help of the class monitor
1. Motivation
The teacher will play an audio-video presentation presenting the sounds of animals,
environment, mechanical, and musical instruments.
B. Developmental Activities

2. Guitar
3. Breeze
4. Car
5. Bird
The teacher will present another audio-video presentation playing the different sounds
of animals, mechanical, musical instruments, environment, and speech.
The teacher prepares a short activity to assess the students if they learn for today’s
lesson.
The students will pick a picture of animals, instruments, mechanical, events, and
natural sounds. After picking the pictures, the students will try to imitate of produce
the sound they have picked.
D. APPLICATION
Directions: identify if the sound produce is soft sound or hard sound.
POSITIVE SOFT SOUND HARD SOUND
1. bark or dog
2. breeze
3. blow of the wind
4. bell rung
5. violin
IV. EVALUATION
Directions: enumerate 5 soft sounds and 5 hard sounds.
V. ASSIGNMENT:
Directions: Observe 5 different sounds you can observe at home, list them
down, and share your observations in class.
