To keep our organization’s laws, regulations, policies and internal standards, mitigation to risk exposure becomes
an essential responsibility through creating awareness among the employees across the company. Receiving
relevant and productive training not only help employees to perform their duties and responsibilities, it also makes
them equipped enough to perform their role with sheer dedication and loyalty.
RAF is designed to comply with the organization’s policies, Non-compliance to the process could threaten our
license and company reputation globally.
To perform various roles, we conquer risk elements regularly. To minimize the exposure to risk, customized
training will ensure employee’s understanding about the organizational policies. Under Non-Compliance of the
same, preventive actions will be taken by the governance authority.
Responsible Entities -
Every New Hire Employee from all the geographies for each line of business will be responsible to follow
the consistent training process followed by online content without exemption/exception.
Existing staff to ensure the awareness about the company policy.
Anti - Fraud Department from Risk Function will be solely responsible for proper training delivery, monitoring and
implementation of company polices to achieve 100% compliance in collaboration with relevant departments.
Monitoring -
IT, Operations and AF will be responsible for rigorous monitoring of training and assessments conducted for 100%
audience.
Implementation -
Human Resource and Learning and development Team will ensure the successful implementation of the training
process delivery in the stipulated timeframe.
Process Steps –
Learning Assessment -
Every Employee will have to complete all 5 trainings and attempt the test immediately after training. Test will be
conducted online under the supervision of respective authority. If an employee scores average 85% marks in all the
5 tests in max 2 attempts, he will be authorized to get his login ID’s activated and can resume his services.
Upon failure, his Line Manager, HR and AF would reconsider the subsequent action and take the best possible
decision in the favor of the company.
Note – Minimum 85% score is mandatory for the commencement of the operation, for every New Hire
Employee.
