Description
Some Blue–ish liquid has been found on several A/C on Pylon karman panel area.
Root Cause / Investigation
Laboratory analysis confirms blue-ish liquids is a of metallic sediment (normal
wear of bushes), NeverSeez grease and various other elements such as water,
and cleaning agents.
NeverSeez grease is applied only during installation. The grease is applied in
excess to ensure the bushes are sufficiently greased. It is this excess that leaks.
Blue-ish liquid re-appearance should stop when all excess grease has leaked.

The leaks are not hazardous for A/C: they are either NeverSeez grease from axis
or a chemical reaction with wing fittings bush or a mix of both. There is no
limitation on bushes and no need to re-apply grease.

Solution / Recommendation
Only a cosmetic issue, no further modifications are planned. Only a
cleaning task can be recommended for cosmetic reason.
No limitation on bushes.
No impact on in-service aircraft.
