High Renaissance VS Low Renaissance

Many people claim that the Renaissance is just one period, sometimes we don’t
compare between the real two periods of the Renaissance, and we refer the
Renaissance by the paintings or just by Leonardo Da Vinci. We live in an age
where we are forgetting two important periods that completed the full
renaissance.
To start with the Low and High Renaissance, we can think that are just the low
renaissance is a period where painters appeared, or we can think that High is
the conclusion. On top of that, Low Renaissance started thanks by the
rejuvenation and the restart of the Ancient Greeks, and Rome, and those
people that learned from them, started to paint based on that knowledge. What
is more interesting is how the High renaissance arose to the world, all started by
the popularity of the classic paintings that were made by famous artists, also
was thanks by the relation to subjects like Astronomy, science, and architecture.

In terms of both definitions, and in my opinion I think High renaissance was the
key to evolve, in that period the people are more interested than in the Low,
giving glory and money to the people, I think in that period the life of the people
changed, they were very poor, but with the arts and the knowledge, people also
changed the way of the business works, so that can divide to the people more
money and have more equilibration. Not only definitions are important, but also
the characteristics between periods can show us what period is better.
Research has found important characteristics of the Low Renaissance, starting
with the society, the renaissance grew thanks by a new society in which power
resides no longer in a monarch, but in a symbol, in a wealthy capitalist who
profits from the increasingly lucrative work of artisans and merchants. Therefore
the objectivity of things is of concern to this highly materialistic society. In that
time people were not interested in the medieval world of sight and idealism;
they are more interested in Nature and Man's practical world. In terms of art,
artists focused on perspective during this period as an object of study, trying to
create a three-dimensional space. His works will be distinguished by the
inclusion of nudes and a background atmosphere. Among all these years '
musicians, Sandro Botticelli as an important person of the Low renaissance. As
a result of the rational and the use of reason given to art in the Quattrocento,
space as an endless, homogeneous and unitary element must truly be
represented.
On the other hand we have the important High renaissance, there are many
characteristics of them, like the new big artists, like Da Vinci, Michelangelo, and
Raphael, also thanks by Da Vinci, many inventions and developments
appeared, that people in the future will get inspired, the tanks were made by
Leonardo Da Vinci, and the people made a different one, but with the idea of
the first tank. Although the people was very interested in the Paintings, and
classic stuff, making many success and money.

In conclusion, both renaissances have big characteristics that made changes

and made an Europe with glory and got back the success that people didn’t got
thanks by the plague and the economic problems that they got in the Medieval
age.
My conclusion is that the renaissance is difficult to compare, both ages made
big changes, and this make me think who can be the best, I thought that the
best was the High Renaissance, but the Low is the origins of the High
renaissance. But especially, this is important to learn, many people doesn’t
know about this interesting characteristics and facts that made stronger the
High and Low Renaissance.
