Professional development and action research are both very significant in the teaching profession.

Worthwhile and effective professional developments are always being sought by school heads,
supervisors and even specialists. Furthermore, action research enables teachers not only to practice
but also improve the situation under which the practice is done. It is very vital in ensuring social
change.

In line with this, our school, Don E. Sero Elementary School, will hold a Research Congress that
affords learning opportunities for our teachers through action research and we would like to invite
you as one of the panelists during this significant event. This will be on March 03, 2021 at the school
ICT room from 8AM- 5PM.
