18-DAY CAMPAIGN TO END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

This Division

1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 1484 s. 2021, it cited that as

mandated by Proclamation No. 1172 s. 2006, the 18-Day Campaign
to End Violence Against Women (VAW) is observed annually from
November 25 to December 12 to raise awareness on the protection of
the rights of women against violence and all other forms of
discrimination. This year’s campaign adopts the theme “VAW-Free
Bangsamoro Community Starts with Me” which emphasizes
everyone’s commitment on ending VAW.

2. In view thereof, the Schools Division of Cotabato City and all schools
both public and private is encouraged to participate in the campaign
by
hanging a tarpaulin (see attached) in conspicuous area and conduct
awareness raising campaign.
