    Focus on soft skills vis.a.vis articulation, prioritization, leadership skills and time management techniques are
    must for all the students looking forward to make their career in corporate.
    Faculties, apart from the subject specific studies, should focus on development and enhancements of soft skills.
    As companies usually don’t look much at the academics now a days, they would rather settle for a smart guy
    with good communication skills instead of a studious first bencher with 9 CGPA.
