My respect to our Schools Division Superintendent, Miguel P. Fillalan Jr.

, CESO VI, to our Division

Information officer- Arlac G. Billano, to our Guest Speaker for this SIC Capabililty building, Mark Carlo
BUyao, and to all our attendees- SIOs and Video Editors. A pleasant morning to everyone.

I would like to express my heartfelt and sincere gratitude to all our dedicated teachers. I know most of
us are busy in personal and professional schedules.

Thank you sir Mark for sharing your expertise, your insights on how we can improve our ouputs in CSDT
Onpoint and DDSE or Deped Dose Sa ere. You nailed what we really need. We've been sending reports
to the Region for more than a year and seven months for Onpoint and we know we haven't had enough
of the quality compared to your divisions and to others. But thank you and you are there to go out and
teach us some reporting and editing strategies. Hopefully our next outputs will be, Pwede ng pangtapat
sa TV-Patrol or 24 Oras.

This event really equipped us on how to innovate our news and the cinematography of our outputs. It is
indeed very beneficial.

To our dear SIOs- na hindi naman mga tunay na mass communication graduate gaya ko, Thank
you for accepting the challenge, Thank you for spending time in learning this field, embracing it
with full of positivity. You capture stories even we have only limited resources, limited video
editors, limited scripts writers and everything, but still you go beyond the limitation and still
have the courage to face the camera……., sa kabila ng paulit ulit na Cut and Action ni DEREK.
Maximizing your full potentials in delivering quality
education to our leaners. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted life as we know it all over the
world. The pandemic has enabled educators to get creative in terms of the preparation of their
lessons. One of the major positive effects of the pandemic on the education sector has been the
ability to reach a larger audience through the new modes of education delivery. The pandemic is
transforming the world and society, but this doesn't have to be a bad thing. Disruption often leads to
innovation, and the positive effects seen from the pandemic on the education sector are proof that
change should be embraced rather than shunned.

My salute and congratulations sa ating mga video-graphers and editors, who spent many hours, ang iba
ay overnight pa to beat the dealine. I hope we have learned for todays session and apply those take
aways for next broadcast.

Thank you Sir Miguel and Sir Arlac for always inspiring us. You are such a blessings in our career and
professional growth as a teacher.

KUDOS CSDT ON-POINT, I will end my message through this Quote- GURONG CSDT “SERBISYONG may
punto, sa kabataan ALISTO.”
