Lawrence:[Announcement that Ceremony is About to Begin]

The Tacurong National High School Moving Up Ceremony/ is about to begin//. We expect the Moving
Up Ceremony to last/ approximately 2 hours/ so/ before we begin this ceremony/, let me remind
you/ to turn-of your cell phones or set it in silent mode/ and be courteous around you/ by refraining
from talking //. During the presentation of graduates/, we encourage you to express your pride/ by
applauding and cheering.

Lawrence:
[Processional]
With so much cheer/, let us welcome/ the Tacurong National High School Faculty and Staff headed
by Ma. Teresita H. Escobia, Ma. Teresa R. Estriba, Ronald D. Dela Pena, RGC and PTA officials/, and
the Junior High School Completers/ for School Year 2021-2022/ in their processional march//. This

Fean: Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Junior High School Completion is always a day of
rejoicing for it marks the conclusion of an educational journey and the commencement of another
more uncertain and more difficult part of man’s quest for a better life and future.

Lawrence:Truly,/ today signifies the culmination of many years of hard work/ in the relentless
pursuit of knowledge/: knowledge that will enable a person to embrace opportunities/ and take on
challenges with clear vision and purpose//. Friends, welcome to the 6 th Moving Up Ceremony of
Tacurong National High School.//

[Call to Order, Invocation, Lupang Hinirang/Awit Sa Bohol]

Fean:The 5th Moving Up Ceremony of Tacurong National High School is now in order. May I request
everyone to please all rise for the Invocation to be given by Jesse James D. Albano – Grade 10-
Einstein- With High Honors, which will then be followed by the Islam prayer to be led by Benjar S.
Gandalibo, Grade 10- Pascal With Honors.

Lawrence:Let us show our deference /by standing still as we sing/ the National Anthem/ with Mr. Ian
Jame Bedico,TII- leading/ to be followed by Regional Hymn/ and City Hymn.//

[Words of Welcome]
Lawrence:It’s always a pleasure to have family and friends of Tacurong National High School
students/ visiting our campus. //Welcoming you here for today’s event// is especially meaningful/ as
we honor our completers/ and celebrate their achievements/. To formally welcome us all,/ may I call
on Dianne P Fale, Grade 10-Pascal With High Honors.
Ending: Thank you Dianne/, for that heart-warming welcome speech.//

[Presentation and Confirmation of Candidates]

Fean: A Completion Ceremony also provides an opportunity to recognize Tacurong National High
School’s outstanding faculty and staff –who are dedicated to providing the highest quality education
and to making a positive difference in the lives of our students. May I request the members of the
faculty and staff to please rise. [Pause] Ladies and Gentlemen, please join me in saluting our faculty
with a round of applause.

Lawrence: Despite the pandemic that hit us,/ completing the required 207 school days was never a
blockade for the 900 students to pursue in completing the Grade 10 Level requirements. And now,
here they are, with smiles on their faces, very excited to get their Certificate of Completion. So

without further-a-do, may I call on Ma. Teresita H. Escobia, the School Principal to present the
candidates for Completion to Miguel P. Fillalan, Jr. CESO VI, the Schools Division Superintendent.

Fean: Dear completers the moment you have been waiting for has finally come. The fruit of hard
work and discipline will finally be reaped. You will now be receiving your prized certificate of
completion, a symbol of accomplishment.

Lawrence:May I request SDS Miguel Fillalan, Ma. Teresita H. Escobia,-School Head, Ma. Teresa R.
Estriba, Assistant Principal II, Ronald D. Dela Pena, Assistant to the Principal, Jean T. Fermin,
Academic Coordinator and Katherine P. Castillon to assist SDS FIllalan, and Maam Escobia during the
distribution of certificates to the completers.

Fean:Music is the expression of the soul. It moves emotions and feels with the movement of time.
Through a song that emphasizes that the strength amidst challenges, let us hear the completers sing
“AMBISYON NATIN 2040”.

[Inspirational Message from SDS]

Lawrence:At this juncture, Ladies and gentlemen, may I call in again our Schools Division
Superintendent/ for his inspirational message.,/ join me in re-welcoming Sir Miguel P. Fillalan, Jr.

Fean:It is said that the quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to his or her commitment to
excellence regardless of the chosen field of endeavor. Ladies and gentlemen, let us recognize those
students’ ordinary things extraordinary well.

May I request SDS Miguel Fillalan, Maam Ma. Teresita H. Escobia,-School Head, Sir Roderick L.
Palmares, Grade 10- Head, Maam Jean T. Fermin, Academic Coordinator and Maam Katherine P.
