Recognition, Completion and Graduation Ceremony 2023

Introduction:

Sir Liniel: Graduation Day is constantly a day of victory because it honors our students'
dedication and perseverance.

Ma’am Sherelyn: Absolutely Sir, today signifies the pinnacle of many years of hard work in the
continuous calling of knowledge: knowledge that will enable a person to embrace
opportunities and take on challenges with clear vision and purpose.

L: That is correct, that’s why friends, we all welcome you

Both: to the Recognition, Completion and Graduation Ceremony of San Rafael High School.

S: With this years’ theme: “K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational


Foundation”

Part I. Processional

L: Everybody is requested to stand for the entrance of the colours. Followed by the
processional march! With so much cheer, let us laud the candidates for Graduation for School
Year 2022-2023 together with their beloved parents as they march towards the venue, to be
followed by the The Junior High School Completers together with their respective parents.

S: They will be succeeded by the Awardees of Grades 7, 8, 9 and 11 with their beloved parents
as well, the pillars of this institution, the Faculty and Staff of San Rafael High School together
with honored Guests, GPTA Officers, San Rafael High School Stakeholders and Barangay
Officials.

Let them walk/enter the venue…

L: A happy and blessed morning everyone. We are grateful to be able to celebrate graduation
day this year because we want the graduates to remember or mark it on their calendars for
the years to come.

S: That’s right, because today signifies the end of a phase of one’s educational journey and the
beginning of another, more challenging phase of one’s quest for a better life and future.

Part II. Recognition and Completion Ceremony

B. Invocation
L: So, to start with we just want to greet the people who grace the affair. To our distinguished
and highly esteemed members of the academic community led by the epitome of empowered
woman and a dynamic school leader, our very own School Principal, Madam Aurora S.
Raguini, Barangay Officials and Guests who are with us this morning.

S: Members and officers of G.P.T.A., our dear stake holders, colleagues, members of the
graduating batch, completers and awardees, parents, guardians, visitors, and friends, once
again a pleasant morning!
L: And let us also pay tribute to our national flag through the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem to be conducted by Mam Mary Rose Agoja, Senior High School Teacher

S: To bless this meaningful occasion, may we all bow our heads as we pay honor and glory to
our Almighty God through a doxology to be led by the select Grade 11 Students.

L: And lastly the singing of Region III Hymm, Zambales Hymn and San Marcelino Hymn to be
conducted by Ma’am Mary Rose Agoja, Senior High School Teacher.

C. Welcome Remarks

S: Thank you our everyone, you may all be seated. To officially open this momentous
occasion, let us welcome our hardworking school principal, Madam Aurora S. Raguini for her
opening message.

L: Thank you mam. To formally welcome us all, let us lend our ears to Anna Mae M. Novicio,
Grade 12-HUMSS with Honors for her welcome address.

S: Thank You, Anna Mae for the warm welcome. Commencement also provides an opportunity
to recognize San Rafael High School’s outstanding faculty and staff – who are dedicated to
providing the highest quality education and to making a positive difference in the lives of our
students. Ladies and Gentlemen, please join me in saluting our faculty and staff. Let’s give
them a big round of applause!

L: And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold on our midst. To do the
honors of presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, may we have on the stage the
school head of exemplary performance, none other Mam Aurora S. Raguini to be followed right
away by the acceptance and confirmation of the graduates by our Schools Division
Superintendent, Sir Jesse D. Ferrer, CESO V.

L: And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold on our midst. To do the
honors of presenting this year’s candidates for graduation and completers, may we have on
the stage Ma’am Cristine L. Barcoma, Class Adviser of Grade 12 – Humanities and Social
Sciences Strand and Ma’am Maribel R. Interino, Class Adviser of Grade 12 - Technical
Vocational Livelihood Track, Mr. Christian D. Ordillas Grade 10-New Zealand Adviser and
Madam Cristilyn L. Laygo Grade 10-Switzerland Adviser to be followed right away by the
acceptance and confirmation of the graduates and completers by the school head of exemplary
performance, none other Madam Aurora S. Raguini.

F. Distribution of Diplomas Grade 12

S: A certificate of graduation is the tangible evidence of being a graduate in a certain level of


education. This is the result of everyone's efforts as a student. The time you have been waiting
for, dear Graduates, has come. Hard work and discipline will eventually bear reward. Your
precious diplomas, will soon be in your possession.
L: So, to do the honors of the distribution of certificates of graduation, may we have on the
stage once more Madam Aurora S. Raguini, to be assisted by the Grade 12 - Advisers, Ma’am
Cristine L. Barcoma and Ma’am Maribel R. Interino. Dear parents, relatives and friends,
please be proud to accompany your child to come up on the stage to receive their zdiploma.

S: How about a round of applause to our new graduates and completers, the Batch 2023 of
San Rafael High School. (Pause... Let them clap first!)

L: We would like to extend our congratulations to our graduates and completers and their
parents as well. You are now holding the symbolism for the proof and fruit of your diligence
and dedication.

S: Please keep doing well in your future classes, students! We, as your teachers, will always be
as enthused about what you will develop into in the upcoming years as your parents are. May
you all be successful in life!

G. Distribution of Certificates of Completion For Junior High School Completers

L: After Four Years of tireless enthusiasm, it is about time to reward your commitment
towards education and reap the fruits of your labor. Ladies and Gentlemen, let us recognize
those over the top effort of our educatees.

S: May I call on Hon. Maureen E. Arquero and Ma’am Aurora S. Raguini once again to give the
certificate of completion for Junior High School Completers, to be assisted by Sir Christian D.
Ordillas Grade 10-New Zealand Adviser and Ma’am Cristilyn L. Laygo, Grade 10-Switzerland
Class Adviser.

L: Dear parents, relatives and friends, please be proud to accompany your child to come up on
the stage to receive the certificates of completion.

H. Introduction of Guest Speaker

S: Congratulations to our graduates and completers! Today’s affair is being graced by a special
woman who will in a minute deliver her words of wisdom to our young graduates and to their
parents as well. To get to know more of her, may we call on Ma’am Maribel R. Interino, Grade
12 TVL Adviser to introduce our Guest of Honor and Speaker for this morning’s affair.

L: Thank you, Prof. Lea Feliminiano Dollete for that very insightful and inspiring speech and
for that, may I request you to be on the center stage to receive the Certificate of Appreciation
to be handed out by Ma’am Aurora S. Raguini and the Grade 12 Advisers and completers.

K. Awarding of Academic Excellence to the Graduates and Completers

S: Once again a big round of applause for Prof. Lea F. Dollete! At this point let us move on to
the awarding of awards and certificates to the graduates and completers. May we have on the
stage Hon. Maureen E. Arquero and Ma’am Aurora S. Raguini together with our respective
advisers to award our honor students. Let’s have first the Grade 12 Adviser, Ma’am Cristine L.
Barcoma.
L: Congratulations to the Grade 12-HUMSS awardees. For the presentation of the awardees of
Grade 12 - TVL, may we call on Ma’am Maribel R. Interino, Class Adviser.

S: Congratulations to the Grade 12-TVL awardees. For the presentation of the awardees of
Grade 10-New Zealand awardees, may we call on Sir Christian D. Ordillas.

L: Congratulations to the Grade 12-TVL awardees. For the presentation of the awardees of
Grade 10-Switzerland awardees, may we call on Ma’am Cristilyn L. Laygo.

S: Well done everyone!!! May you continue to excel in your studies.

L: At this juncture, we like to call on stage our hardworking and generous representative of
the 1st district of Zambales, Hon. Jay F. Khonghun, for his special message to our graduates.

O. Words of Gratitude

L: No one who achieves success does so without acknowledging the help of others. That is why
simply expressing gratitude to all beings who have contributed to your current achievements
is very important. To deliver her words of gratitude, a big hand for Crissalu Claudette V.
Salazar, Senior High School Graduate – Humanities and Social Science Strand With High
Honors.

S: Thank you Crissalu, that was a very moving and heartfelt speech, and once again
Congratulations, Crissalu Claudette V. Salazar, Class of 2023 With High Honors!
P. Pledge of Loyalty

L: We will now witness the graduates as they state their Pledge of Loyalty to their Alma Mater,
to be led by Jericho A. Esguerra, Senior High School Graduate – Humanities and Social
Sciences Strand With Honors.

Q. Moving Up and Graduation Song

S: Music is the expression of the soul. It moves emotions and feels with the movement of time.
Through a song that tells us that we can do everything as long as we have each other. Let us
hear the Graduates of Class 2023 sing “I’ll Always Remember You”. Followed by the Junior
High School Completers of Class 2023 to sing “Night Changes”. Let us give them a round of
applause for them.

S: To give us her State of the School Address, May we have our ever supportive and tireless
School Head, Ladies and Gentlemen a round of applause for Ma’am Aurora S. Raguini.

L: To end this memorable occasion, let us pay attention to Mrs. Gaudelyn Camba, San rafael
High School GPTA President as she deliver her impression to us, Let’s give her a burst of
applause!
