Minister , the 2nd part is Moving up Ceremony of Grade 10 Rizal Class 2022 and the 3 rd part is Recognition.

We are grateful to be able to celebrate this 1 st Moving Up Ceremony of our very own Tamugan High School.
Hence , let us make today’s grand celebration or ceremony as something that our parents, fellow teachers,
guests and most of all our candidates can remember as today marks the day of great achievements and
success.

Despite the fact that we are still dealing with the threat of a Covid – 19 pandemics, the fact that we are here
today to celebrate moving up is a great blessing for us. It signifies the end of one phase of one’s educational
journey and the beginning of another, more challenging phase of one’s quest for a better life and future

Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the 1st Moving Up Ceremony of Tamugan National High School with the
