Crossroads.

Whenever we hear this word we think of “it’s either THIS OR THAT” like that’s the end of all
the decision-making we are going to be doing for the rest of our days. But is that so? Are we
just exposed to one crossroad per lifetime? Nope. We get too tied up in the moment that
we don’t realise it’s not which road we choose but what we do after. People who think they
have chosen the best path sometimes stray from it. Just know that this crossroad, the one
ahead of you right now, isn’t the end of it. Even if you screw up, it’s never too late to fix it.
The artwork shows how the boy in the centre would make what he thinks is the biggest
decision of his life only to find out later, that there are more crossroads to walk. Also you
can see two different individuals in each side of the crossroad who have already passed the
crossroad of the centre boy and are now standing on a new one.

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose believed that, yes there is strength in an idea but there is even
more strength in one’s willingness to go to any extent to turn that idea into a reality. He
never believed that mere discussions can change the fate of India. And therefore, he led a
life of a warrior knocking down every obstacle in his way in order to encourage the soldiers
of this nation, to finally get up from their slumber and fight for their beloved motherland.
While non- violence was always India’s first resort to end the British Empire, Netaji Subhash
Chandra Bose recognized that blood is the prize of freedom and so he asked Indians for the
blood of their enslavers in return for freedom through his everlasting words

His efforts to free this country would never be forgotten, for our flag does not fly because
the wind moves it, it flies with the last breath of each patriot like Netaji Subhash Chandra
Bose, who died protecting it.
