-Is the live streaming sexual exploitation of children viewed over the internet.

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY LAW

-That is punishable under both state and federal laws.

-this crime typically occurs over the internet or by downloading files from the internet that
contain illegal images claims of passion of child pornography maybe incorrectly made
against innocent individuals.

-Is registering, trafficking in or using an internet domain name with bad faith intent to profit
from the goodwill of a trademark belong to someone else.
CONDITIONAL CASH TRANSFER 4Ps

The conditional cash transfer or CCT program locally known as PANTAWID FILIPINO
PROGRAM or 4Ps.

-is a government program that provides conditional cash grants to the poorest of the poor in the
Philippines. The program aims to break the cycle of poverty by keeping children age 0-18
healthy and in school so they can have a better future.

*The program is implemented by the department of social welfare and development, with the
department of health, the department of education and the national economic and development
authority as partners.

*Households receive cash grants if children stay in school and get regular check-ups, have their
growth monitored and received vaccines. Parents or guardians are required to participate in
monthly community based family development sessions (FDS) to learn about positive child
discipline, disaster preparedness and women wrights.

*Beneficiaries are objectively selected through the national household targeting system, also
known as LISTAHAN, which based from a survey of physical structure of their houses , the
number of rooms and occupants, their access to running water and other factors affecting their
living conditions.

OBJECTIVES

-The 4Ps has dual objective as the flagship poverty alleviation program of the Aquino
administration.

1. Social Assistance-giving monetary support to extremely poor families to respond to their


immediate needs.

2. Social Development-breaking the intergenerational poverty cycle investing in the health and
education of poor children through program such as.

*Health check-ups for pregnant women and children 0 to 5.

*Deworming of school children age 6kl.

*Enrollment of children in daycare, elementary and secondary schools.

*Family development sessions (FDS).


TUITON FEE INCREASE

= college tuition fee is higher than ever and expensive for many reasons .Including a surge in
demand an increase in financial aid. A lack of state funding, a need for more faculty members
and money to pay them.
