Krawka Dino the dinosaur puppet

DINO-PUPPET

( Since my son was born I intended to buy him a hand puppet, but in all puppets in shops something did
not suit me (I admit that often the price ...). So I decided to make my own puppet and it was a great
desicion. Already for the first time when I showed Dino to Alex (son then had a year and three months
than) he began to point out the tongue and open jaws just like a dinosaur, which brought a lot of fun for
the whole family. Since then dino was on vacation with us and even went on a trip to the dino-park in
Leba ... I hope that someone will make another puppet from the pattern below, and the world will gain
one more tongue-out-sticking baby.... :)

( Assign the dark-gray-blue yarn to sewn together jaws and do sc in the outer side of both jaws to form
a circle. Number of sc may vary depending on the jaws is my case it is 62 sc. Continue sc around until the

Cut the center of the eye from black material, and two white dots, one small and one larger. Then sew
them to white crocheted eye. At the end sew eye into the eyelid as shown in the picture.
I admit that the assumption was that it was the end of the work, but after sewing eye to almost finished
puppet, effect was not satisfactory enough for me. I decided therefore to make yet another part of the
eyelid just like the shown on the pictures below. If you think that such eyes suit you skip the next steps.
